Spoke to Brandon on the phone. He had Fernando come out to do the work. Fernando was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. Finished the assessment and work in 2 hours. Will recommend the original plumber to friends and hire again.

He showed up on time , I told him what I needed , he did some calculating and came up with a price which I thought was a bit high. But I decided to go with him any way. I had purchased a faucet for the kitchen sink, all I needed him to do was install it, I allowed him to go pick up a faucet for the bath. He installed the faucet in the bath, I thought he did a good job on that. Then he installed the faucet on the kitchen sink. I thought he did a fairly good job on that as well. He said he had emailed the invoice , but I could not find it in my email so i call them and requested that they email me the invoice and she did and that's when problem popped up. When i saw the price breakdown on the invoice I realized he had charged me for something that he did not do. He over charged me that brought down the value for the money and the customer service rating. And that's why i would not recommend The Original Plumber.

They corrected a problem another that I'll leave nameless caused. And their price was very reasonable.

Great experience with this company. Very responsive. Fernando was great to work with. I had a busted water line to my house, (line broke under the driveway) they ran a new line from the meter to the house. Had it done that day just in time for the girls to take showers after basketball practice. These guys just became my new plumbers!

Gio came early and worked hard to get my water heater replacement completed efficiently. The job was made more difficult because of the differences in the two heaters. I couldn't be happier with the results. David H in Ellijay, GA.

Original plumber staff contacted me right away after I entered a request and were out here the next day to give me an estimate on the gas line install for our fireplace. Gio, our installer, arrived promptly and the company called me to let me know he was on the way. Gio was very kind and patient explaining what needed to be done and gave a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next week- due to my schedule. Gio arrived right in time, was very kind and again took the time to explain it all. He wore booties in the house, somehow managed to get around all my landscaping without harming a single leaf and cleaned up everything before he left. Gas log guy just got here and said it's one of the best installs he has seen. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

David did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain each repair and cost estimate. I have already hired him for another repair. I would recommend him to anyone needing a professional repair.
