B & B Decorative Concrete

B&B Flooring did an outstanding job transforming my driveway, garage, and walkway with their concrete covering services. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and delivered exceptional results. It was a pleasure working with such a reliable and skilled team!

We hired B&B decorative concrete to stain the floors inside our home. We had a house fire and half of our flooring would need to be replaced, in addition to that we were choosing to do this in other connected areas of our home as well. Very long story short what shouldâ ve been a week job ended up taking a month because they made such a mess. We talked with them from the beginning about protecting our baseboards and repeatedly throughout the process, but we were ignored. They sprayed stain 18 inches up our walls all over our baseboards, cabinets, doors and anything else below 18 inches. They also got concrete on our baseboards, cabinets, and door frames. The employees and owner came out to clean up their mess and barely put a dent in it. They ended up painting a portion of our baseboards that would not be repainted for our housefire. Unfortunately, in many places, there was still grit from concrete that had been splattered on them, as well as all of the other baseboards in my house. Our job began on Labor Day, we werenâ t able to move back into our home mid August, 3 additional weeks displaced because of this companies negligence. We have repeatedly asked the owner to discount the final price to allow for all of the cleaning that we have had to do as well as the damage to our property from concrete being attached to baseboards and doorways, but the owner has refused. We told him if he would not make an allowance then he would have to take us to court so a judge can decide what should be discounted and we are scheduled for that in October. They also poured stain out in a rock garden in the front of our home and sat a generator on our lawn that killed our grass, which is still dead to this day three months later, and they broke the key off in our deadbolt. Please save yourself the nightmare and do not hire this company.

This company is the best. Ken and his crew were on time, very informative, patient, experts in this field, completed job with to my satisfaction and very professional. I was consulted on color and texture and my input was encouraged. Very satisfied!!!!!

They showed up when they were supposed to Worked Very well together until the job was completed

They are coming out but i would recommend just because they are actually nice and willing to come out.

They did quality work on scheduled date and two weeks later followed it up with personal visit to check owner evaluation and satisfaction level

Ken Bozeman showed up when he said and completed the job as promised. He and his crew worked until the job was complete.

Their work simply exceeded expectations. Everything was done on time and as quoted. Their attention to detail was amazing. Ken and his crew took great pride in their work and satisfaction in making us happy. Would recommend them without reservations!
