Description of Work: The owner explained the work that needed to be done and was very thorough and professional but not at all pushy.

Description of Work: Well..they were very efficient and it was probably just a coincidence, but I got the Big Deal and he found that a capacitor was not up to snuff in my attic unit and if it went it would destroy my unit, so I said go ahead and fix it. That was another $200 plus. Then we he checked the unit in the basement, he said the igniter was going to go and that would be another $200 plus. It would not mess up my unit..it just would not work, so I said I would pass since it was already costing me around $300 and I did the big deal to save money. I have had a service contract all along with another company since I bought my units and they did not show any problems. Their service was up for re-newal, and this was a great deal and that is why I tried them. The unit in the attic they repaired quit working around a month or so later and I had to pay for a service call. I stayed with them, because I thought it might be the capacitor they replaced, therefore it would be under warranty. It was not. It was the fuse box and another couple hundred dollars repair. The repairman was excellent. I guess it was just time for these things to go! Sometimes you wonder when you get a BIG DEAL, if it was really a BIG DEAL. There is no way to know, so I do not want to fault this company in any way.

Description of Work: They did a number of things. The technician said there were parts to be replaces so I agreed to have them do the additional work. The service was fine and I have no complaints. It was easy to schedule and they were on time.

Description of Work: Airmasters provides our yearly maintenance for our air conditioning/heating. They clean the units, check the filters and recently cleaned the condenser coils for me. They come out twice a year for maintenance and as needed for repairs or problems.
