I always oxford professional and honest billing today's visit had met my expecting.

Tech arrived on time & very informative.

Went very well - fixed a problem on upstairs thermostat.

They came in and did what they were supposed to do. When they found out they had a situation that they needed to call someone else in to take a look, they did. They brought the guy in no cost and they got the issue resolved.

Professional and courteous technician put on protective shoe covers as soon as. He walked on the house, arrived 2 hours past scheduled window had to call business to find out about delay.

Arrived when stated earlier (on time). Diagnosed problem. Priced new thermostat. Installed and explained operation. Pleased with work. The B for the responsiveness is for the company not the tech.

Technician arrives on time makes sure his shoes are covered when he enters the house. Check entire system inside and out. Goes over any suggestions or isses he finds. Very professional.

The day of installation, they arrived on time, installed the equipment, and removed the old equipment in one day.

Excellent service!!!! This company definitely has the customer's satisfaction in mind all the time. From the follow-up call after buying the offer to keeping me informed of my technician arrival, they handle everything very professional. After having trouble with my HVAC unit for the last three years and dealing with 4 different companies, I am planning to keep this one in speed dial. I bought their maintenance agreement for a year to avoid similar situations from previous years. Thank you Angie for the recommendation!

Their service tech (Mac) arrived promptly and checked my heating system and changed the filter. I also signed up for them to maintain my air unit and furnace for the next year. Their service was very nice and professional and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We called AirMaster because our downstairs heater stopped working. Mac came out to help us and was on time, extremely helpful and professional, and very nice. He actually discovered that carbon monoxide was leaking into our house! He did a great job explaining the problem to me and showing me how it was not working. He did a great job and I would definitely use AirMaster again.

Mac, my technician, was OUTSTANDING. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He spent a great deal of time showing me what he was checking, explaining why, explaining things like the difference between a start capacitor and a run capacitor, showing me the readings he was getting on his meter versus what the component should read (based on the normal ranges as shown on the product stickers right there on my unit.) He took time to explain my options for getting a new heat pump unit for outside without having to replace the air handler and explaining how as time goes on, it will be more difficult to do. He also discussed waiting to clean the coils and fins on the units until the change from heat to cool. (This saved me some money this trip.) It obviously needs to be done, but I decided to wait until May. Mac talked about what I can do in the future to prevent the outside heat pump fins from getting so dirty, how dirty fins put a strain on the run capacitor in the heat pump which decreases the capacitor life (which is exactly why I had to replace one today). And finally, how a bad run capacitor can cause even further damage to the condenser. Another great idea he presented: because I am missing the small metal cover to the filter area on one of the air handlers, Mac recommended using a 25" filter versus the 20" filter that he pulled out. It may protrude out a couple of inches, but it will filter the garage air that continues to get sucked into the air handler (due to no cover). Mac answered any question I presented and in a way that was easy to understand. What Mac didn't know (at first) is that I'm not just an average female customer who generally knows nothing about HVAC. My day job is nothing but project managing HVAC controls system installations/retrofits, lighting retrofits, supermarket refrigeration controls, etc. I may not get down to troubleshooting capacitors or replacing parts, but I am definitely knowledgeable enough to know when someone is the real deal. Mac is an awesome HVAC technician, friendly and helpful. I've definitely got this company on my list for my personal home and other rental properties.

I signed a maintenance service agreement with Airmaster in December 2012 for a rental property I own. The heat pump was about 8 years old and I have never had any problems with it, I just thought it would be a good way to extend the life of the unit and avoid costly repairs. Airmaster came out and inspected and serviced the unit in early December. The technician said everything looked good, the only issue he saw was a capacitor that was right on the borderline of being within tolerance. He said he would check it again in the spring to see if it needed to be replaced. Within 2 weeks Airmaster had to come back because when the unit was coming on it was tripping the breaker. The technician said the capacitor needed to be replaced. This cost about $200, not a huge deal. On New Years Eve I got another call about a problem with the unit. This time they were telling me that the compressor had gone out and the entire unit needed to be replace. This is a unit that had run perfectly for 8 years and within a month of Airmaster "servicing" it, it needed to be completely replaced. I do NOT trust this company and I am having another company handle the replacement. I would not recommend Airmaster to anyone.

Jason came and presented his product, gave us 4 estimates. Service professional, arrived on time & installed units in a timely fashion. Say when stopped by to make sure all was well. Jason stopped by 2 days later to inspect job & answer my questions.

We obtained 3 estimates for this particular job, and Jason with Airmaster, had the best system for the best price. My husband had researched the different systems that were available. The installation went seamlessly on the day that Jason said it would take place. Jason came back a couple of days later to check to make sure everything went well and was working properly.

The technicians called before arriving, as they said the would They were extremely polite and very professional.The job took nearly all day and they were working the entire time. Before they left, they gave me an introductory course for the new thermostat they installed, Several days later, Jason came by to see that I was happy with everything, and make sure I understood the thermostat. This job could not have gone any smoother, They were excellent to work with.

We like them they are pretty good. They are timely and they come out periodically and check the filters and all of that stuff. We will continue to use them in the future.

Juan & Jerry did an excellent job of installing the AC unit in a short amount of time - very pleased.

The two service technicians who came to repair my furnace fan were very courteous and explained the in detail the problem, how it would be repaired and provided the cost before the repair was made. After the repair, they vacuumed the few pieces of debris and left the area where they were spotless. I will definitely call this company again when a need arises.

They came on time and the technician was NATE certified and very knowledgeable. He was complete in his work and gave us a written report. We are most satisfied. UPDATE: We decided to purchase a Carrier Heat Pump. No where else would we consider other than Air Master. The install was done in one day and was professional and very neat. These guys are just so sharp and knowledgeable. The owner of the company even came out during the install and met with us. He assured us we can depend upon them for quick honest service. Now, just how many other companies would do that? We feel we have finally found a good honest and ethical HVAC company after years of searching.

This is the second time we used AirMaster. The last time they came out and fix our pilot light problem without charge, the gas was turned down too low, they increased it, lighted it and explained it to us. This time the freon was low. He filled it up slowly, checked and weighted if. He explained the steps and show me exactly how much freon was put in.

Very responsive and timely for a new customer on a busy and cold morning.

My experience with them was positive and hence I kept their service. They were good and their price was reasonable.
