Zurn Plumbing responding quickly to my problem. They were on time, reliable and accurate in their diagnosis of the problem. They were quick to fix the problem at a reasonable cost.

I had a Jekyl-Hyde experience with this firm. When I spoke with the office, it seemed well-organized and on top of things, very professional. Their policy is to telephone clients to let them know when they are within 30 minutes of arriving at their homes. Sounds like a great policy. However, on both visits to my home, after I received ''the call'', the workman or workmen, did not arrive for another hour and a half! The first visit was to give an estimate, however, the written estimate was not itemized. I had no way of telling from the estimate, what specifically would be done. I was told verbally by the workman and had assumed that would all be written as part of the estimate. Even the discount for first time customers from Angie's List was included in the one-line estimate. As far as the actual gas line that was installed is concerned, it has not been put to the test yet. The rest of the room is not ready, but soon will be. I suppose we shall know at that point, if all is well. I meant to come back and add to my earlier comments and just never got around to doing so. The gas line that was installed was indeed installed correctly and was connected easily by gas range installer. It worked perfectly the first time it was tried out.

New toilet and sink leak required additional attention within two weeks and was promptly addressed.

Brent was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He only charged for the items he fixed and made recommendations for others, that I had questions about. Overall a very positive experience and I would most definitely call them again.

I thought Zurn was professional, thoughtful and responsive to my needs.

Fast service (within the hour), polite, and efficient.

Peter handled repair without my being there (my renter was present) and was able to conveniently bill via credit card.

FYI - even though they came up in Angie's list as servicing my zip code - when I called they said they do not service Suwanee. They did refer me to a Plumber in the area which was helpful.

Zurn responded to our call that same day. The plumber was on time, was professional, and courteous. Work was done quickly.

Brent arrived on time, was very polite, and knowledgeable. He explained the work he was doing and answered a number of other general plumbing questions I had (e.g., how to clean faucet aerators). I felt he took the necessary time to complete the job and ensure the problems were fixed, rather than feeling like he was rushing through the work to get to the next job. Overall, I was very pleased with his service.

What is there to say but "wow"? My call was answered after one ring. The person on the other end was polite, courteous, and efficient. I was promised an appointment that same afternoon with a call 30 minutes before the technician would be arriving. The call came, the technician came, diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly, and did the work quickly, neatly, and correctly -- all within half an hour. The technician also answered a lot of my questions about renovation in the master bathroom, and I will definitely give Zurn Plumbing pride of place in my "short list" when it comes time to do the more expensive work. Such attention to detail with such a small job bodes well, in my mind, for the care and concern they'd show with a much larger one. Thanks, Zurn, for a job well done!

The plumber was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and very capable.

They did good work. Took a bit longer then expected but did a good job.

The overall experience was very good. They provided a phone call half an hour before the appt. and the serviceman showed up during the slot of time that was specified. He explained what was needed and provided the full quote before he bagan the work. I thought it was on the expensive side, but it worth the peace of mind knowing that the job was going to be done right.

Paul G. was on time and very professional. He was very willing to explain everything to me and was very specific as to the time needed to seal the repairs. He recommended that we use the shower after the 24 hour dry period to see if he had repaired the leak. He was trying to prevent cutting the sheet rock on the kitchen ceiling unless it was necessary.

Zurn said they were unwilling to obtain the water heater I preferred, so I discontinued dealing with them.

THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED SOMETHING THAT WAS WRONG. THEY GAVE US HONEST NUMBERS, AND IT WORKED FOR US. ONE OF THE SEALS WAS LEAKING, BUT THAT COULD HAPPEN TO ANYBODY.

I DID LIKE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS, AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL TO MY HOUSE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY WERE WHAT I EXPECTED. THE PRICE WASN'T CHEAP, BUT EVERYTHING WHERE I LIVE IS SO EXPENSIVE. FOR THE PRICE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY FULFILLED WHAT WE HAD ASKED OF THEM. IT WAS FAIR PRICING. I THOUGHT THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY FIXED IT, AND IT HAS CONTINUED TO WORK WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE.

Very impressive. They ran a water line from under the kitchen sink to a refrigerator on the opposite wall, without have to use the attic (meaning no freeze danger). They did such a neat job cutting out the sheet rock, that the painting contractor (already there to paint interior) was extremely impressed. It made for a much easier repair job. Would most definitely hire them again.

Despite their youth and foreign accents, these guys knew what they were doing. The job was done promptly, completed by 3 PM on the day after the diagnostic visit (in between, the gas company had to identify where the gas lines were buried). They dug up my grass to replace the pipe, and then replaced the sod neatly so the dig is barely noticeable afterwards. The new on/off handle is simpler to use than the old circular handle. They left behind a sawed-off pipe fragment and 2 feet of a chain. They did not honor the statement on the Angie's List website that they would give me a $10 discount. I rated them ''A'' overall because I am pleased out of proportion to the work done. It seems to have saved me a few thousand dollars that I would have paid a basement water-proofing contractor. Replacing the water service pipe stopped water from leaking into my basement, which has subsequently been dry despite several days of rain.

They were very timely and professional. I knew the prices up front, and they told me several things it could be and the prices before they began work.

They showed up within five hours of calling them. he man they sent was very professional, exceedingly polite, and very careful to explain everything he was doing. He had to tear up the front porch to gain access to the clean-out of the main sewer line. But he did it very carefully and put it back together just as he had found it. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

The technical was on time, very polite, and quoted me the price on each repair individually before beginning the work. I also felt he was very honest and ethical, since he told me that some of the parts I was considering having replaced were still useful and did not need to be replaced anytime soon.
