My job was scheduled for the day after I called and I was contacted that morning to confirm the plumbers would arrive between 8:30 and 9 a.m., which they did. The work was performed quickly and professionally. I don't care for Zurn's $59 travel charge since it is not applied to the work and an additional fee is charged if you don't have any work performed after receiving an estimate.

The three Zurn techs were all very courteous, professional, efficient, and performed their work well. The same description can be given for the tile crew and the sheetrock crew. Overall, I was very pleased with the job; notwithstanding, the fact that it was the most expensive plumbing problem that I have ever experienced. The total cost was around $2500, not including the paint work, which still must be done.

Both the technician, Shawn and the contact at the office, Mark were responsive and professional. Once the part was received, the work was scheduled promptly. The work that Shawn did was neat and professional. The shower is working better than it did before!

Sean came out the first evening and gave us the estimate and while he was there he fixed the leaking shower head that was part of the overall shower problem upstairs. Mark arranged for the utilities to be marked and set our appointment. Paul and his crew came as promised early in the morning and began work immediately. It was an all day affair but they worked diligently and cleaned up afterward.

He was very professional and offered us a $20.00 coupon. He really took his time in searching the house for a leak. He never found one but he was great.

Making an appointment was easy and friendly. Paul was the plumber who arrived a little late due to morning traffic. He tested the bathtub and laundry machine for leaks and then opened the ceiling of the garage. He provided explanations and an estimate. I agreed on the estimate and the rest of operations was done in 60 min. Here is the break down of costs: Remove sheetrock $71.5, diagnosis check for leak $65, replace 3/4 water pipe $185.30, site visit $59 minus Angie's coupon $20 total $362.80. Site was cleaned and debris removed. Paul was friendly and effective. I find the costs rather expensive (e.g. removing sheetrock), but the company's good reputation was confirmed and it was quickly done.

Person showed up on time. Very courteous.

The job went very well. It started with the technician coming out and looking at the job and giving me an estimate of cost. The next day they did the work. They did a good job and cleaned up the areas in which they were working.

Zurn Plumbing showed up on time and went right to work to determine why our sewerage ejector pump was not working. Once they got the old pump out, they recommended that it be replaced with a new one. They quoted a price to do this and came back the next day with the new pump and completed the work. The quoted price of approximately $700 for furnishing and installing the pump included everything, including both visits to our house. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

Peter arrive 20 minutes late;inspected old plumbing; gave estimates, did work and left about one hour later. He was very clean and seemed to do a good job and to acknowledge limitations on old plumbing.

Very efficiently. The service rep first looked both in the kitchen and in the basement. He tried to clear it with a snake down the drain but the blockage wouldn't budge so he had to replace part of the drain pipe in my basement. Reduced charges so I didn't get fully charged for the time he spent trying the drain snake.

I met with them about the project and then they would not return my calls. Matt may have had problems but someone should call back clients when they leave 4 messages about pre-scheduled work.

Zurn was very responsive. The leak occurred late Sunday night and while they couldn't come out until Monday they arranged to see me early Monday morning. They waved the diagnostic fee because the leak was easily identified. Replaced the leaking portion of the water line with copper in about 45 mins.

I got a prompt response and scheduling of the plumber. I got quality of service and work done by the plumber. Shawn was excellent.

Zurn plumbing was helpful. They were up front with pricing. Job well done.

Their ads promise free estimates on "large jobs" and the dispatcher made no mention of a cost for the estimate. Nevertheless, my wife was forced to pay a "visit" fee. The visiting plumber also seemed to be pushing his services somewhat aggressively. We chose a different plumber.

The plumber came the day after I called. He was right on time and extremely polite and helpful. He even fixed my shower pressure for free. I thought that their prices were kind of high, but the service was so good that I would definitely use them again.

Paul and his helper were on time, professional, and explained everything they did. They told me the pricing for each step, and got my approval before they did each procedure.

I emailed Zurn Plumbing on a Tuesday night because my kitchen sink was clogged and no amount of Liquid Plumber would clear the pipe. The very pleasant dispatcher called me on Wednesday morning to say that he could send someone out on Thursday. The plumber called 30 minutes in advance of his visit, arrived, and diagnosed the problem: a clogged and corroded cast iron pipe. We made arrangements for him to return on Monday with a helper to complete the job. On Monday, the plumber called 30 minutes in advance, and came and completed the job in about 4 hours. All debris was removed, and the space was left clean. The dispatcher called afterwards to check my satisfaction with the job. All is well, the kitchen sink is back in business.

The repair person arrived on time. Once he diagnosed the problem, he explained my options, answered my questions and then performed the work. He was professional and courteous.

On time, courteous and knowledgeable. Worked quickly and efficiently.

Technician Shawn called ahead asking if he could earlier than the agreed upon time, arrived and was friendly and efficient.

After three visits by this company to resolve the problem,we replaced the toilet.
