It took a couple of weeks to order the toilet and faucet valves. In the meantime he augured the old toilet. Shawn was very clean and tidy with his work. Worked well around the curious cats!

I called the company and they came out the very next day. The man who came out only took 30 to 40 minutes to do the replacement. He cleaned up afterwards and was very neat. I found them on Angie's List.

They were able to install it in one day. They were very responsive, friendly, and did a great job. I chose this company because of the comments on Angie's List. We have had them do other work for us in the past as well.

I thought that they were really rude to me from the beginning. The repairman asked me for a vacuum cleaner and when I told him no he refused to fix the problem and still made me pay 140 dollars. I did however get my money back after arguing with the manager.

The workers that came out to do the job were very pleasant and they were even in uniforms. They showed up on time and they said they fixed the problem for the time being. We were very happy with the outcome of their work and we would definitely use them again.

They called promptly at 8 am to tell me the name of my service person (both times they came). The second visit they were about 30 minutes later showing up, but that was still better then the service I have come to expect. The technician kept me informed throughout the 4 hours they were working. He was very polite and made efforts not to track into the house. In the end, the job cost $100 less than the original estimate and I am quite pleased.

I have used Zurn Plumbing several times in the past. They always show up on time and do a good job. They are a little more expensive than other services around here. I would recommend and hire them again.

ZURN was called to find a water pipe leak underneath our house, which sits on a slab. They were unable to locate the leak since they didn't have the specialized equipment required. They charged us $99 for this initial visit. We had another company locate the leak and they also found a shutoff valve under the bathroom sink to turn off the water to this line. We called ZURN back out to repair the pipe. Since the line only fed an outside spigot we agreed to remove the spigot and patch the brick rather than tear up the concrete slab in our hallway.

Mr. Israel arrived promptly within the time frame which was given to me over the phone. He gave me detailed estimates for both repairs which I was considering. He repaired the plumbing under my kitchen sink efficiently and thoroughly. He explained the repair to me completely. I am very satisfied with the work and with the price.

Very well. They were able to come out the day I called and completed the project quickly and efficiently.

Called Zurn because recirculating pump gave out on our water heater. Paul and Nick came. Quoted a price up front. Installed the pump same day. When testing to see if the pump was working, Paul discovered the faucet in our kitchen was not acting properly. He took the time to check for blockage and discovered some mineral deposits that affected the flow of water. After they left, the pump was not operating correctly. I called the next morning. They came right over and added a spigot to the pipe to get some trapped air out of the system. No charge. Pump was still not working correctly. Called and left message that evening. They called first thing the next morning. Paul came back out and made a final adjustment. No charge. The pump and system is now working better than the original pump! I have read the reviews and noticed that most people feel Zurn is high on charges. I wondered about that too until they came back 2x and never charged additonal labor or materials.

The Zurn guys showed up at the time promised and completed the work in under an hour. They also carted off my old grill. They were polite, competent, and efficient.

They were wonderful. They were very professional and on time. They worked very quickly.

So professional. It's the way a business should be run. When they were finished you couldn't even tell that had tore up my front yard. I wish everybody could be like him. He did exactly what he said he was going to.

Excellent service. They were able to do the work the same day we called due to a cancellation. The technician was competent, efficient and pleasant. The charge was appropriate. Would highly recommend this company.

Alex and his assistants did a fine job. They were very accommodating, especially considering the fact that I had other contractors remodeling a bathroom at the time. They worked around my schedule, also. During the re-pipe of my unit, the water to the building had to be cut off for a period of time. During that process the valve broke (not their fault) and they were unable to get the water back on. The Home Owner's Association had to have their plumber come out to make those repairs. Alex was very helpful to the other plumber who was making those repairs without additional charge to me. Alex had to come back a day later to finsh the job and did so at the originally estimated price.

The repair was completed the same day I called and the technician was very professional.

Completely painless. Set the appointment, called ahead to confirm, showed up on time, completed the work quickly. Just what I expected but rarely find now days.

I called in the morning & told them I had a leak. They had someone at the house by 12:30. They replaced a small, Flex Hose that had a leak in it. They charged me full price, even though I had a coupon from Angie's list!

Zurn?s representation is very clean, courteous, and professional. They came out to my home within 30 minutes of my initial call and replaced the heater almost as fast. The nice thing I noticed mostly about Zurn was their attention to cleaning up after they finished. I was very pleased with them and will use them again.

This company was able to set an appointment with me the next day. They showed up on time and were very professional. The worker also cleaned up very well after the job was done. I did think that the price was about average compared to other companies. Nothing above average when it came to price.

Zurn was an honest company. They arrived when they said they would. I thought they were rather informative and patient. They were very cordial and patient with me when trying to explain things to me. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I am very pleased with the work and I was impressed. The only thing is that I do not remember the price exactly. I remember that the estimate was a little high so my husband ended up completing the rest by himself because we did not want to pay that much. Other than that, I have no complaints or concerns at this time.

The friendliness and promptness of this company is fantastic. They make sure to get the job done at a comparable rate to other companies. They are just more detailed in my eyes then other companies and they do a superb job.

We kept smelling gas in our house. Other companies had told us there was no problem. Zurn determined exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. We don t smell gas anymore thanks to them.
