Called early in the morning and they sent someone by lunch. Augured out the drain and got rid of the clog. Fixed the leaky faucet for no additional charge.

On a Saturday morning, the shower faucet malfunctioned and the water could not be shut off except at the main cutoff. I consulted Angie's List and came across Zurn Plumbing. I called Zurn and they were at my house in about an hour and a half. The serviceman, Paul Leonov, had all the parts on his service truck and had repairs completed fairly quickly. Again, this was on a Saturday morning and I must say that I was extremely impressed by the speed and efficiency of Zurn. Also, the serviceman, Paul Leonov, was knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Zurn deserves A's all the way.

I enjoyed working with Zurn very much. Both times Shawn was dispatched to the call. He clearly explained what he proposed to do and offered clear cost breakdowns from a binder he carried with him. He worked quickly and efficiently to clear the blockage. The camera visit went well but we were unable to determine the reason for the intermittent blockage. That was a little disappointing.

Others said it would cost around $200, and even with their extra recommendations, they only charged $75. They are just excellent! I highly recommend them!

Service arrived on time and unclogged the drain quickly. Some of the equipment was not working so he came back a few days later with the equipment to identify the problem with the drain. The service technician was very friendly and efficient.

My initial call was answered promptly by a friendly human being. It was mid-afternoon, and he apologized for not having anyone available until the following morning. (My job was not an emergency.) He gave me a 9am-noon window. The company called at about 11:00 to say the technician would be here in 20 minutes, and he was. The tech was smart, helpful, confirmed the problem, quoted me a price for the repair and, once I had agreed, completed the repair on the spot, with parts from his large, well-equipped truck. Total time for the service call was about 90 minutes. The valve is in an unfinished basement, which made it easier, and he left the work area spotless. As others have said, Zurn may be a little more expensive than some, but it was done right, on estimate, in a single visit.

Excellent. Zurn Plumbing is a class act. The estimate process was excellent, and the actual work project went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using Zurn Plumbing. And, I have a great deal experience with using plumbers. Reasonable Prices as well.

While away on vacation our Borsch outdoor tankless hot water heater cracked in the very cold weather of late December. Our neighbor turned off the water main. So when we returned on a Saturday we needed it replaced quickly. Alexander, the technician from Zurn came out on Monday, spend about half an hour just evaluating the damage, and the repair vs replace possibilities. His attempts to explain the options were hampered by his Ukrainian accent and his propensity for techno-speak. But his efforts were obviously sincere and professional, with no attempt to "sell" one solution over another. In the end it was obvious the unit had to be replaced. Two days later he and an assistant arrived at 9am as promised; worked through the morning and into the afternoon. When the job was completed he walked me through all that he had done. I am not well versed in plumbing. However, it certainly looks like a very professional job. They cleaned up thoroughly.

We had called after hours & spoke to Brent who was very nice & professional. He said the office would call to get us on schedule by 8:15 the next AM and to limit our water use in the meantime. By 9:30 next day no call so I had to call them. Mark said he would send a plumber around 4:00 unless we could wait another day, which we couldn't. When Paul first arrived we got the distinct impression he did not want to work. He looked at our bathroom & told my husband to call the county as clog was probably at the street. When my husband said no, Paul then said his machine wouldn't fit into our bathroom. After that he realized my husband wasn't budging & did the work & cleared the clog. We asked for some other minor things to be looked at & for an estimate if he couldn't do the work at that time. He refused to work on the shower diverter, saying those repairs rarely last. Then instructed my husband on how to fix toilets & quoted some crazy amount if he had to do it himself.

We had a family reunion over the Thanksgiving weekend and as you would expect had a sewer line back up into our yard - the former owner kept a hole in a clean out value to avoid a back up in the house. We used Angie's List to find companies in our area that would make a Saturday service call and found two highly rated companies in our area. We called and left messages and got almost an immediate call back from both. Zurn's fee to comment was $100 less and given their Angie's List ratings we went with them. The technician showed up when promised and was very professional. He let us know the cost up front and used a manual to provide the quote which gave us comfort in the fact they had standard pricing. He performed the work, discussed with us what to do if it happened again and was on his way. We will definitely contact them for any future plumbing needs. The price we paid included the site visit fee - all well worth it for a sewer clog on a Saturday!

The company was polite and responsive. I was able to have someone out to diagnose/estimate the problem on the same day that I called, although they weren't able to get there until late in the day. The plumber (Peter) was quite knowledgeable and very patient with me in answering my questions and explaining the problem and the necessary repair. Because we got off to a late start, the work couldn't be completed that day (a Wednesday). The soonest they could do the work was Friday, which I decided I could live with. They came out on Friday as promised, on schedule, and did the work. They did a nice job and didn't leave a mess. I would use this company again, if I need another plumber, but I hope I never do. $1700 for 4 hours work is just outrageous. I don't consider Zurn Plumbing to be any more expensive than other plumbers; I just can't understand why this type of work should be so expensive in general. But that is another topic entirely. Zurn did good work. Recommended.

I placed the service call and my partner was at the house when they arrived, no one seemed to think to call me when they said it was going to cost $1400 to replace the water heater. Then of course they had to replace a few other things that I am not sure needed to be; then tell me they replaced a valve but didn't charge, what a line of BS. Then additionally all of a sudden the water pressure valve wasn't working so there's another $237. It's a racket and these guys have priced themselves out of any future work from me or any one else who asks me. I'll guess at the quality of the work but how would I know, I'm not a plumber!

They gave us a quote one day and were able to perform the work the next week. They included demolition in the quote, but when we informed them we would like to do that ourselves, they were fine with that and removed that cost. They removed the old metal shower pan and the wood underneath and around it, replaced wood and pipes as necessary, and installed a new liner. They also provided new fixtures. We are very happy with the work so far. Zurn is great about showing up on time and cleaning up when the work is complete. We are working to have the shower retiled now with a tile company we found through Angie's List.

They came right out, very efficient, able to fix it when they came out.

We knew we had a water leak when we got a $669 water bill! Called Zurn first thing next morning and they had someone at our house by 10:30am. Shawn spent an hour or so diagnosing problem and determined water line was broken just before it entered the house. Then he worked with someone at the office to prepare an estimate. We were leaving for vacation next day, so he showed me how to cut off water to the house. While we were away, they had our utility lines marked in preparation for digging. They arrived the morning after we returned. Job was quoted to take 2 days, and they were determined to get our water running through the new line by the end of the 1st day - they didn't leave until 9pm that night, but they did it!! Earlier in the day, they sawed through our driveway and trenched through our very rocky yard in order to run the new line. The next day they came back to patch driveway and clean up our yard. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work.

It was not a major problem, but I was happy with them. The person who came to my house finished very fast. He was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. I know that the price is fair because I know how much plumbers charge.

I can count on Zorn Plumbing to do the job correctly. They fix the leaks in the pipes as well as the bigger jobs, like installing the sink. They always clean up the job site after they are done and I have never had any problems with the quality of their work. The crew is dedicated and skilled.

They were very friendly, and on time to do the job. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was completely happy before they left.

They basically did what they had to do, which was a pretty simple task. However the amount of money they charged me was too much. I did not like the fact that their job was simple and easy and they ended up charging me so much.

They were very prompt and extremely nice. They did a very good job and left everything just how it was. The only problem I had was with the price, which I thought was very expensive.

Zurn gave us the lowest quote out of three quotes we got. They were helpful. They got the job done and they did it on time. I feel that this is a great company to deal with all my plumbing needs.

Zurn Plumbing Service Incorporated does excellent work. Their prices are too high, but their responsiveness and professionalism are great. Brent does super work. I've used them before and will continue to do so.

They did a very good job, figured out what the problem was, and responded very well. They seemed to be knowledgeable and fixed it promptly. I was so happy with their work that I have already recommended them to others.
