The work was satisfactory. The price was reasonable. It was just an emergency call. The work was not outstanding but certainly adequate. We were certainly grateful they came out.

It was ok. I felt they were expensive for the amount of time they spent. They couldn't fix one of the problems without risking accidentally ripping out tile in the bathroom. The guy that was here was very pleasant & professional. They had a minimal charge fee, a work being done fee and a travel fee.

I have enjoyed working with Zurn. They are punctual and professional. The replacement of the main sewage line took a day and a half. The plumbers were polite, efficient and left my property in very good shape considering the extensiveness of the digging. I was very pleased.

Fabulous-I called the day before thanksgiving and they came out the day after thanksgiving, then did the work that day in about an hour and a half. The receptionist/scheduler was delightful as well as helpful. The plumber, Shawn, was prompt and called before arriving. He thoroughly explained my options and did not pressure me at all. He was professional and clean in his work. When the work was completed he explained what he had done and the warranty associated with the work (2yrs).

HAD TO RESET A WATER-CLOSET WITH CORRECT WAX RING, ETC. WATER HAD BEEN LEAKING TO DOWNSTAIRS ROOM. ALSO INSTALLED THE WATER PRESSURE VALVE TO REPLACE OLD ONE.

It went well. They came when they were supposed to. He was prompt. He shared and educated me through the process. I was very happy with the results. He gave me two viable options that I could choose, a lower and higher cost.

Tech arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable, and advised me of what could be done to fix it and the price. Advised me that if that did not fix the problem he might have to go through a closet wall to get to the pipe, but luckily that did not happen. The first fix he mentioned worked just fine. Very pleased with Zurn Plumbing.

Our 20 year old 50 gallon gas water heater developed a leak & we knew it was long past due to be replaced. We considered a tankless unit & wanted to deal with a company that installed them so that they could give us the pros & cons. Matt Zurn came out to give an estimate & we decided that a tankless unit wouldn't meet our needs, but that we wanted to go with a larger sized tank. He told me what he thought the cost would be, then called when he returned to the office to give me the exact cost & e-mailed an estimate. My husband spoke to Matt & decided that instead of a 65 gallon heater, we would have two 50 gallon heaters installed. There was rain predicted two days after we got the estimate & Zurn had to postpone an outdoor job. I was available to stay home that day, so the crew came out & installed the two water heaters. They were on time, efficient & professional. They finished the whole job & were gone by about 3 pm. The man who wrote up the bill accidentally switched two numbers in the invoice resulting in an almost $900 overcharge. Since my husband had the papers with the estimate I wasn't sure what the quote was for the two water heaters, so I paid. Before I had time to check on the estimate Matt called both my home & cell phones to let me know about the overcharge & he arranged to send me a refund check.

They are very thorough and seem to know what they are doing. They give us good advice and opinions on what to do. We have been very impressed by them.

House sewer had clogged on several occasions in recent months. Zurn scheduled service on same morning of most recent problem. Arrived as scheduled. Used remote camera to diagnose problem of tree roots in sewer pipe. Scheduled replacement for next day. Arrived on time and completed the pipe replacement in one day. Company owner stopped by during work. Polite, professional, and neat. Crew was careful to avoid damaging landscaping and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very good experience.

It couldn't have been better. The only little disappointing thing was that they had to knock some bricks out of the wall to do the job, which was unavoidable. They replaced the bricks, but they are a little bit of a different size and color. I think they really tried to match them as best they could though.

After about four hours, and returning to their office to get more equipment, they realized that they would not be able to fix the problem until Monday because they would need more personnel than were available over the weekend. This was unfortunate, because it meant that we could not use any water over the weekend, but it was not their fault. They told me that it would cost an additional $3000 to drill a 12 foot hole in my front yard to get to the root of the problem (no pun intended), and that they could do that on Monday. When they came back on Monday, before they started to drill, I asked them to double check first where the clog was, which they did, and they did not charge me again for using the equipment. It turns out the clog had moved out to the street, so it was now the County's responsibility to fix, not mine.

It was an excellent experience. They did exactly what they needed to do. They ran into a few things they were not expecting and were able to adapt. They were very accommodating to come out to our area, which they usually do not travel to and did not charge a travel fee.

I got his name from Angie's List. He gave me an estimate for the work. He was out doing the work in a few hours of me calling them. They had got the problem totally fixed after a few hours of their arrival.

Came on time, cost was what was estimated, and got $20 off from Angie's List Coupon as first time customer.

One of them leaked again. I called them and they came out immediately to fix it. I was really pleased with that.

The plumber was very nice (he even removed his shoes when he saw I had light carpet). He explained what he was doing and cut the price because the repair was so easy.

They arrived on time. Completed the job and seemed very professional.

They were very prompt and courteous and did a great job. I think they were a little pricey for the job but I would use them again if I needed. They did a good job.

Ted Zurn provided an estimate for the work promptly, emailing it to me as I was out of town. His price was competitive with my other bids, but his company's service was far superior. His crew arrived promptly when planned, and they were neatly dressed and clean. (I highly recommend Victor and Nick for your outside work). They got their heavy equipment down a hill to the proper spot promptly, and in no time at all had the old pipe dug out. The whole job took about 4 hours, including clean up. I am very pleased with the result. I selected Zurn from the other Angie's List recommendations, and their prior high scores were right on the money. You can't go wrong with Zurn! The experience was really good. One of the things with the leaking toilet was that they could go through the tile or through the bedroom into the wall to get the pipe instead of smashing through the tile. They gave us a choice, and the guy who did it did it neatly enough that now you can't tell that someone went through our bedroom wall to get to the pipes.

Two employees showed up on schedule and completed the work in four hours. They were careful not to create any mess and they cleaned up after themselves. Price was in line with other quotes.

He was professional and trustworthy. He admitted he couldn't fix the problem. He arrived on time.

The only reason I did not use Zurn for the job was that my general contractor, who was doing a number of other projects for me, wanted to bid as well. His quote was so close to Zurn's that I decided to use him for the project. I will definitely contact Zurn for any future plumbing needs - I realize now just how badly some other companies are gouging their customers!

Ted came and gave me a quote last week. When I called to say I was ready they came to do the work the next day. Paul and Vitali arrived first thing in the morning and carefully cut and removed my grass before trenching. They installed flexible 1" copper from the curb into the house and then switched to hard copper on the inside. When they were done they filled the trench and replaced the grass. You can hardly tell that someone disturbed my yard. The original quote was in two parts: $1894 to run a new main line and $2500 to replumb the inside. They quoted $147 for a thermal expansion tank that I thought was an "option." I thought I did not have to do the thermal expansion tank. After they were half way through the work, the manager called to tell me that I had to install the expansion tank to be in line with code. I expressed disappointment that I was not informed in advance. I was not interested in paying $147 for a tank when I could get one and install it myself for about $40.00. I asked him to give me the tank for his cost. He came down to $100 for the installation saying that his tank was probably better quality and he had to pay for the fittings and the additional labor. I accepted this compromise. I was a bit disappointed to find that they installed the same tank I found for $40, however. Nevertheless, I was treated fairly and they worked with me over the confusion. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience.
