Workmanship was fine. Workers were curteous and professional. BUT... The pricing was devious. I had purchased three Big Deal coupons from Angie's List just to save up enough money to do this work. First, they required one of the coupons ($150) just to come do the estimate. Even though the cost was supposed to be $129.00 they took the $150.00 coupon and did not credit or pay me difference. I have had many , many jobs done on this house (windows, insulation, cleaning..) and no one charged me for the opportunity to let them work in my home. However, I paid it. Next, when I scheduled the work I asked if the estimate fee would be appilied toward the job. I was told no because it was only good for 30 days. I understood the estimate might change after thirty days but why wouldn't the cost be applied to whatever a new price might be since they didn't have to come out to assess the work again. When I finally scheduled the work because my remaining coupons would be expiring, the technicians came promptly but would only accept one coupon towards the payment. So I bought three coupons for $150. Used one for the estimate, used one on the job and had to let one expire. So the Big Deal was no deal! In fact I would never have used these people if I hadn't had a coupon because I wouldn't pay for an estimate when other shops provide them as part of doing business.

They did a good job but it was pricey. The service was done well but the price was astronomical. I'm not sure that I would use them again because the price was so high.

I was told by another plumbing company that our water heater needed to be replaced. I called Zurn for a second opinion. They inspected the water heater and said it was fine and did not need replacement. I am grateful for their honesty!

The guy was very professional and the company is very responsive. The problem ended up to be minor, but the plumber recognized the issue very quickly. I used the coupon available on Angie's List so it saved me a bit of money.

The plumber, Alex, was on time, courteous and informative. He tried to repair the line, had to get supplies, returned promptly when it was unsuccessful. He gave options for repair and job was completed on the Monday.

I took advantage of an Angie's List Big Deal to get a coupon for $150 worth of Zurn plumbing services for $49. I decided to take advantage of this coupon to save myself some work on re-setting a toilet. I called Zurn early in the week and scheduled the visit for Friday. Zurn's dispatcher called me about an hour before the plumber arrived, and he showed up right on time. He re-set my toilet and charged me the $39 difference between the book price of $189 and my coupon value of $150. On his way out, he checked my water heater, realized that a gas fitting was leaking, and tightened it without charging me. The plumber was very prompt, professional, and friendly.

The plumber that appeared was nice and professional. Their service fees were quite high. Ten minutes and, had I not had the coupon it would have cost me nearly $130. That is pretty nuts. They charge on service, not on actual time they spend which ends up probably good for some people (although they do have add on costs) but horrible for people with an easy fix.

I had a leaking toilet on Saturday evening. They came out Sunday morning after telling me how to put a temporary stop to the leak. Sunday morning they arrived exactly when scheduled (I was surprised). An hour later they had finished the job, cleaned up after themselves and were gone. Do try them. They were excellent!

I bought the Angie's big deal for $150 in services and called Zurn to schedule an appointment. I had never used Zurn before so I did not know what to expect. They answered the phone and quickly scheduled my appointment for that week. The great part is that they have a morning spot which promises arrival between 8:30-9:00 am......beats the cable guy! So at eight sharp they call to confirm that Brent will be here at 8:30, which he did. He was very polite and wore a Zurn uniform. He explained the work and pricing to me. I asked about the Grundfos system and he explained it to me and gave me the price, which was reasonable (not cheap). I authorized the work and he did it all in a few hours withn no mess or need to "find" parts. The faucet repair was about $200 (yeah coupon) and $635 for the other. By the way, this Grundfos Comfort System is pretty cool....it keeps the hot water taps warm so we do not have to wait 5 minutes for the water to get up to our shower. This should be a big help when it gets cold.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for plumber services because I needed to have a water line connected for a new ice maker.When I called them the next day they let me know that they dont normally service my area due to the distance from their shop.However they agreed to make an exception since I had purchased the Big Deal already. They were so very nice to me on the phone, and so professional. They had a cancellation that very day and sent one of their service techs that afternoon.This is a company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The service tech was very nice and very knowledgeable. I've had a home warranty for many years and my experience with those plumbers has never been as pleasant and worry-free as my experience with Zurn. If you are in their service area CALL them. Highly recommend! From phone contact to service call -a really great experience all around.Thank you Zurn Plumbing!

I called them at 10:00 a.m. and the plumber was here at 11! He was dressed better than I was in black slacks and a company polo shirt. Very polite and professional. And zippity quick on the repairs! Gone by 12. And the $49 for $150 worth of plumbing was a fantastic deal! Rates seem to be pretty standard, with a normal trip charge of $119.

Their price was very high. They were very professional. They were late but they called to inform that they would be late. I wouldn’t use them in the future again.

Two different people came out at two different times. The first one replaced the flapper and the flush kits on both of the toilets. One of the toilets continued to leak after the parts were replaced. The water seemed to take longer to fill up after he'd been there. The second person who came out told me that I needed to replace the handle. The water is still not right and is running a longer time than I think it should. I've just left it because I don't want to call them out again. They were again called with second commode they worked on because of moisture which is connected to the tank. They want to charge me come out and fix it just incase its not there fault. I'm concerned the moisture may get worse and start leaking in the basement.

Zurn Plumbing responded immediately and was on site within 1.5 hrs, gave me a solid estimate of 500.00, and started to work. I supervised and asked a lot of questions. The plumber and assistant were professional and patient. We diagnosed additional problems with the existing installation and came up with a modest, cost-effective fix which was just slightly more than a "quick-patch" and would provide much better reliability. The entire effort was complete in just over two hours (about an hour less than estimated) and the bill came to $400 - a nice surprise! I continue to be impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and no-nonsense approach to plumbing and repairs. Well done!

My husband was swapping out faucet handles and a the screws inside two handles broke off. When he tried to retrieve the broken screws, the threads stripped. I called another plumber, who was on vacation, and who referred us to Zurn Plumbing. I called Zurn and left a message on a Saturday. They were willing to send someone over the next day, which was Father's Day. We didn't need help badly enough to call someone out on a weekend, but I appreciated the responsiveness. On Monday afternoon, Brent came by to give an estimate. I had been warned at the time of the appointment of the $119 estimate charge. It seems steep, but then again, all plumbing seems steep and I'm sure high gas costs and lost labor time are factored into the charge. Brent took a look at the faucets and realized that the parts needed to be replaced. He went to a plumbing store for the parts and was back relatively quickly. He warned me that he would have to chip away at some of the tile around the faucets, but he minimized the tile removal and it's unnoticeable under the faucet plates. The new faucets work well and, thanks to the new diverters, we no longer lose half the hot water to the tub faucet during a shower. All in all, this was a quality job. Brent was responsive, communicated the problem and price well, and did what appears to be excellent work. I would definitely hire Zurn plumbing again.

I got an appointment for the day after I called I told them that there would be someone to give them access, but to contact me for questions. The plumber showed up in the hour window I was told, he assessed the work and provided an itemized list of costs(including a range where further assessment was needed), followed by the total cost. He called me again when the jobs were complete, explaining how the jobs went, and at the end my bill was lower than originally quoted. He was quick, clean, professional, and did a great job.

Overall, the experience was great. The work was done quickly and professionally.

Selected Zurn based on Angie's List coupon of 150.00 off plumbing service, and in retrospect should have obtained estimates from other companies before using Angie's List coupon. Shawn arrived promptly, did a very nice job installing the additional faucet, and had to cut a hole in the drywall to get at the other faucet that needed to be repaired. I patched the drywall later. I will be calling them back to repair the faucet again, as it had a slight leak and now doesn't work at all. The 943.48 that I paid was after the 150.00 Angie's List coupon, so while the work was done well, I feel that I overpaid for what I needed done. I will not be using any other Angie's List coupons, since they do not take any local/competitive pricing into consideration. The requirement to buy the coupon before getting an actual or competitive estimate is not supportive of a member-based community. These comments have more to do with Angie's List practices than Zurn Plumbing, which did the work well, albeit at a relatively high cost.

I liked the work that they did. However they came out and looked at it one day and then left, they didn’t do anything and I didn’t like that. They made an appointment to come back, so it’s sort of like going to the doctor where you have to pay the price to get it done what you need to get done. I didn’t care much for that. They didn’t bill me properly and I didn’t get the bill. When they called me about it, I told them that I had never received it. Then it turned out that, that they had mailed it to my apartment building which is not my mailing address. So I had them send it to my real address. Then they started calling and threatening me because I hadn’t paid it, but I had only just gotten the bill, so I wasn’t very happy about that. That was their mistake and not mine. They haven’t acknowledged it. In fact I just paid it and I’m going to call and talk to them about it. The work was fine. I am happy with their work. It got a little messed when they started threatening to lien my property when I hadn’t yet got the bill. This does not mean that I’m not going to use them again, but I would have to get an apology from them first. They are a little pricey but so far they have done good work. I would probably use their services again in the future.

I don't have any complains and they did a descent work. I would use them in future.
