They arrived on time and tried to repair the damage, but being an older pipe they told us that it may not hold. They suggested the replacement would be most cost effective and more likely to last. They accomplished this very quickly and effectively.

We weren't sure if the leak was due to a malfunction of the irrigation system or a plumbing problem inside the house (with toilets or leaky pipes). They had procedures in place to quickly determine the cause of the trouble & stayed with the problem until resolved.

They came out promptly and did a good job.

The technician arrived on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was courteous and advised me of what the problem was in my home that included the water pipes making a noise. He replaced a water pressure valve that resolved the problem and also repaired a leaking toilet and repaired a water faucet handle in the bathroom. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing related work done at their home.

The gentleman was very, very nice. He answered all of my questions I had and was very knowledgeable He knew exactly what he was doing,. He was very professional all the way around.

thought it was simple leak but was told it was in wall behind and had such a unique shower assembly that speality part needed to be found that was very expensive. Good work but it was about 3 times as much as I thought going in but Im not a plumping specialist

The price was fair but was more than expected. They were clean, efficient, and on time. They provide the cost prior to the work. There was no difficulties with their service.

The company came out to our house three times - first for an estimate and then twice for the services. At all times, the company communicated well, was punctual, courteous and professional. Their work was great and they were very neat and tidy. I would recommend to a friend and will use them again myself. The company estimated the work well and let us know how performing relevant additional work would affect the price. They came in on budget.

I called on a Saturday night and because the drain sealring was broken and leaking at the floor of the toilet (easily controlled by simply not using the toilet) we arranged for work the next morning.There was no extra charge for coming out on a Sunday. They came exactly on time, had the parts they needed to fix the job, were done in an hour, and best of all, cleaned up after themselves better than I could have done myself. The price was very reasonable for the job they did. Excellent!! I would use them again anytime I had a plumbing job.

Overall, Zurn always has done a great job for us. No complaints as to the quality of their work or professionalism. Great company.

I did not ask in advance about the advertisement. The $49.00 was towards a certain amount of work to be done. I was going to have them install a toilet but I called and they quoted around $300.00 which I thought was pretty high. I broke a pipe in my tub and decided to have them come and do the repair. They said the only way they could get it fixed was to cut through the ceiling. The work took quite a while longer than I think they expected and they had to call an extra person to come and help with the work. I was very frustrated with them on two counts: when they finished they had the faucet about an inch from the wall upstairs and that just did not fit well and they did not wear boots and there were quite a bit of heel marks on the floor which I had to clean. They did come out to repair the work but that took a while.

The repairman from Zurn was on time, gave a clear evaluation of the issues and completed the job as expected.

I called Zurn Plumbing on 10/10/2012, described in detail my situation (shower upstairs leadking downstairs, and setup an appointment for the next day. I called back later that afternoon to specifically ask how much the service call would be. I was quoted $119.00. When the Technician Alex came out on 10/11/2012, I showed him the area downstairs and shower upstairs. The first thing that he said was that it was going to be $119.00 plus a 1/2 hourly rate of $30 before any work was done. I meditatively asked the technician to leave and called Zurn plumbing to let them know that I was not happy with their bait and switch policy. The receptionist asked to put me on hold so that I could talk to the owner and I declined. I informed them that if they wished to speak to me about this they could call me back. They chose not to.

I contacted a couple of other plumbers regarding needing the expansion tank replaced and was offered appointments in 48 - 72 hours. When I called Zurn, they'd just had a job cancel and had a tech available. Paul was at my house within about a half hour, inspected the leaking tank, agreed I needed a new one, replaced it and had everything back and working for me within an hour. It went as smoothly as it possibly could. He then doublechecked our water pressure in our house at an outside spigot to make sure it was within the appropriate range. The only disappointment for me was that Zurn's coupons are all for first time users; we'd used them a couple of times before. And, of course, I'd use them again.

I bought a coupon for $49.00 for $150.00 of work and when they came out they said there was going to be some extra charges for the things I needed done. I purchased both the toilet and sink my self and just needed them to install them. They kept charging me extra for the things I needed. I was in the middle of a move and I needed the jobs done so went ahead to did it. They did a good job but where way over price.

Our shower had not had hot/cold water control since Christmas. We had place a call to AHS, our home warranty service, and over the course of 5 months, had dealt with multiple plumbing companies, several parts replacements, to no avail- still no working shower. Finally, AHS agreed to letting us either find our own plumber, or giving us a credit to replace our shower tower. Zurn was obtained from Angie's list. We setup the appointment as a 'replace shower tower quote', since no other company had been able to fix the problem. When they arrived, he determined that the hot and cold supply lines were reversed. It took him approximately 45 minutes to fix the lines. Once this problem was resolved, the shower temperature controls are working just fine. No parts were needed. Thanks Zurn!

I called them to give me an estimate on running gas line to new gas range. After service call charge and time estimating job, charge was $200. I can see the reason for the service call, but to charge me an hourly rate to give me an estimate doesn't seem right. Since he was already there, I had him fix a leaky supply line valve. He finished that in less than 5 minutes. Their estimate was over $1100. I called Johnny Castarano of Christian Plumbing (404) 456-9355 and they came out promptly and gave me an estimate -- No Charge. Their estimate was $750. After it was done, he knocked off $50, so I got the job done for $700. Very professional and obviously much more reasonable than Zurn.

We've used them from time to time for at least five years. He's a good neighbor, he comes over and fixes small things at no charge.

The service went very well. His price was relatively competitive. His people did a superb job. We had a long line that had to go through the basement and to the side of the house. We hadn't any problems with it.

The experience was great. I wil use them again.

They are really good. I've used them multiple times. They do what they say they are going to do. They show up and if it's not fixed, they come back and do it free of cost.

They did a nice job. I thought they were high, but I guess another company was pretty high. They were very professional. They did a good job. They were very thorough. The pricing was fair. The quality was outstanding.
