First, they were going to use the original pipe, the one that was leaking. My house doesn’t have basement so when they tried to chip away the concrete and couldn’t get to the bottom. They had to connect water line underneath the sink from one sink to the other sink (to supply the leaking sink with water). They sealed the leaking pipe on the floor. They did a good job.

slow to respond. took about 2 weeks and repeated calls to get an unsatisfactory response.

We attemped to clear a kitchen drain. It wasn't their fault, but it was much more complicated than we thought at the begining. We had to do more work 7 bring in more people. they did work w/ us on the bill-so that was reasonable.

Very quick, very professional. Did seem kind of pricey but then again I didn't get any other estimates so who really knows. I'd use them again.

They were fantastic in every way. The men who came out were extremely nice and extremely helpful. We had a series of major plumbing issues and by the end of the work Zurn performed they were my best friends. There was even an issue that came up after their work was done and they were happy to come out and correct it for me, they didn’t even charge me for the last visit. I would highly recommend them.

Zurn assisted us with the replacement of two water heaters. The originals were over 16 years old. We had recently closed on our home and we were replacing the outdated appliances. One water heater was leaking and in a very tight area that made removal and installation a challenge to say the least. The other water heater was easily accessible but the hook-ups were complicated and required careful examination. It also required getting into the crawl space and clearing a duct that was very dirty and gross. On all accounts, Zurn was professional, willing and able, and did an amazing job with everything. The price for the two water heaters was ok, not great, but we wanted a company that we could trust would do what they had to to do it right and not just get it done. Obviously, when our shower started leaking, we called them back. They gave us an outrageous price to do the repair work and return for fixture installation once the tile work was completed by another contractor. It was approximately $600 more than three other plumbers I called. At that point, I called Matt Zurn and left a message for him to return my call to discuss the price and why it was so much higher. I wanted to use them again but was having a difficult time justifying the price difference. He never returned my two messages for him. With that, I've found another company - Pike Plumbing in Acworth, GA - that is not only willing to make the trip to Atlanta to work with me but at a fair and reasonable rate. Zurn Plumbing is a good plumbing company but could use a tune up in the pricing and customer communication department.

I bought a new refrigerator, but there was no cutoff stop in the area behind my old refrigerator. The store's new policy was that they could not install the new appliance unless there was a cutoff right behind the fridge. I called Zurn, and I believe they were able to send someone out the next day (this job was a couple of months ago). The technician was on time, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. I had originally asked just to have the work done to be able to install the new fridge, but once he got there, I remembered some difficulties we'd had with several toilets in the house. The technician seemed used to people adding on jobs and took care of them easily. The work throughout was done well and the house left clean in the areas in which he worked. I would not hesitate to call this company again on the basis of the work, but felt they were a bit high in price. However, I haven't had other plumbers out recently to compare costs.

Shawn arrived right on time, and was pleasant and professional. He quickly verified the problem with the garbage disposal, then checked out the shower (which wasn't getting hot water) while my spouse went to buy a replacement. The shower problem was also quickly diagnosed, and the repair there was finished just as the new garbage disposal arrived. Shawn quickly installed the new disposal, and verified for us that everything was working properly.

Took a while to determine could not find part for old toilet.

Initially we called Zurn to replace poly tubing. As you see, they did a lot more; not because of a hard sell. Zurn plumbers were so professional and knew what they were doing, we decided to ask them to do more. They were very clear in their written estimates regarding the exact work to be done and the price. They even used a crimping tool for the copper tubing for a more secure fit. After they finished with all the work in the basement including new water heater, pump, valves and expansion tank, they thoroughly cleaned their work area. While they were working they made sure that water didn't puddle on our basement floor. They took a break for lunch and came back to see that the water heater had filled and was working correctly. They also tested the pump to see if hot water was brought quickly to the kitchen on the other side of the house. The area looked pristine when they finished. Zurn came back for a second appointment to install the new kitchen sink and valves. This was a new plumber, even more senior than the last plumber. He took the time to inspect what was done in the basement to see if everything was hooked up correctly and performing up to par. Once again, after he was done installing new valves and a kitchen faucet, he thoroughly cleaning the area and put everything back in place. Zurn's pricing is not cheap, but they do use a higher quality of product than we have found with other plumbers. They are extremely professional, courteous and they really know their plumbing!

Everything was done as expected. We couldn't be more pleased.

We had to replace a portion of our sewer line. Zurn Plumbing came out to give us a estimate. He was very professional. I liked him right away. We discussed the options he felt we had and thoroughly seemed concerned at keeping the costs down. Their estimate was the most reasonable we had gotten and their reviews were good, so we hired them, They completed the work promptly. So far all is well, and I expect it will stay that way. They had to dig approximately 10 feet down to get to the compromised part of our sewer. It was near the gas and electrical lines. They began by hand digging until they knew they were safe with their equipment. They professionally shored the hole and made the repairs. They put my yard back the way they found it. They were very professional. The job cost what they said it would and took the amount of time they said it would as well. I hope to never have to go through this again, but if I did, I would call Zurn to do the job.

We were extremely satisfied with the work done. The technicians answered all our questions and provided us with useful suggestions on how we could prevent future problems with the our sewer line.

We live in Albuquerque and own this rental property in Sugar Hill, GA. It was critical to find someone great, who could manage the job and complete it for our tenants without having to travel to GA and be there for the repair. Great job, great completion and follow up, will your again!

They were a little pricey, but their service was timely.

I was called when the technician was on his way and the estimate of arrival time was almost to the minute. The work was performed quickly and satisfactorily. The technician had me turn the faucet on and off to make sure that it did not leak and to make sure I was satisfied. Great job and I didn't have to sit around all morning waiting on them!

The technician showed up as scheduled and completed the work in one visit.

Showed up right on time. He had no trouble installing the proper fittings for the gas line and even spent an extra 30 minutes trying to get the range set up properly (GE service ended up coming, nothing to do with Zurn). Was happy with the work so I had them come back the next week to replace the faulty valves under the kitchen sink. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Craig and his assistant were on-time and very thorough. They took the time to really understand an evaluate the problem. They used a jetter to clear a downstream clog and it really helped. He also looked at a separate sink for clog but found none, didn't charge us for running a snake down to the main line in this sink as he didn't find much of a clog. I really appreciated how thorough they were and just how nice they were to work with. All their work inside the house was done with floor covers so there was no mess to clean up once they left. I would have gladly paid much more just to have have them evaluate and address the problem vs. another company.
