Visual Difference

After a few days of work on our yard, I noticed he was skipping some of the key prep work that he had promised to do. When I asked him about that, he walked off the job, and then tried to jack up the price substantially... Instead we got someone else to complete the job, and at a lower total cost than his original price.||His sales pitch and work order were very professional. Had we not been watching we would never have known that he was skipping some of the work. When he walked off the job he had performed about $800 of the work specified in his written work order. Unfortunately, our deposit was $1,300.

Russell submitted a very detailed proposal. His proposal included much more than a previous proposal we had received. His estimate was only $39 more. We accepted the proposal and he and his crew were here on the day and time that he had promised. In two days they completed everything that was proposed. In addition, they put into the ground some plants that we had growing in pots. Russell even built a small wall that addressed the neighbor's runoff. They cleaned up everything and followed up with phone calls. We are totally satisfied with Russell and will use him for some landscaping work.
