Excellent! Eric came and inspected my chimney. Told me that did not really need to be cleaned. Adjusted the charge. I definitely will do business with them again and recommend them to my friends.

They cleaned the chimney from the floor level, not from the top...in fact they did NOT go onto the shed (low pitch easy to get to) roof to check it out. Only put up a ladder and peered over the edge of the roof 25 feet away from the chimney. They did not use any optical system to check the inside the chimney...my fault ASSUMING all companies use cameras these days. That will be one of my first questions next time!! LTD

Great customer service, quick to respond and service chimney.

Owners/Managers were very knowledgeable and helpful. Had another chimney sweep co. the day before and all they did was bait and switch .... push a higher price and did no work at all. Southern Chimney did hard work to clean an animal nest from my chimney at one half the price of the "day before company" Exceptional Service. I highly recommend them as a excellent service company.

Ben and Eric came out promptly to assess our situation (leakage into our fireplace during rain storms). They proposed that we replace our chimney cap as well as shore up the brick shoulders on the sides of the chimney to prevent leakage into the smoke chamber. They completed the work very efficiently when expected, and were knowledgeable and professional. They were extremely pleasant. Highly recommend.
