Great experience!

Excellent communication, arrived on time, called on the way, did a thorough, and excellent job! Had to cut into drywall to repair venting with minimal mess and did a great job!!!

Needed to get a 35 year old gas log unit working in a condo for a closing. Ben and Adam were up front on the pricing, took plenty of time to inspect and service the unit and explain every step. After several attempts they were afraid it was worst case scenario with the gas valve not opening. After a little more patience it opened up and they were still patient to make sure it consistently worked each time. The $125 for the time they spent and successfully getting it working was well worth it and I'll use them again and refer them to anyone I know that needs good, honest, thorough fireplace work.

The technicians arrived on time. They were extremely friendly and forthcoming as to what they were going to do. After completing the cleaning of my dryer vent, they cleaned up around the dryer area where lint had fallen. I would recommend Ben and Adam to everyone.

Ben and Adam came to clean our two fireplaces from Southern Chimneys. They were both neat in their logoed shirts, polite and friendly. The house was as clean as when they came. ;-) Will use their services again.

I had a leak and no one could pen point the area of the leak. Ben from Southern Chimney viewed the area from various angles and determined there was holes left from another contractor. Ben was very professional and the price was fair. They come highly recommended.

Ben and Adam spent extra time on cleaning our dryer vent which was installed in the 70s. The vent had many turns and curves and wasn't easy to clean. They were on time and very professional. Our chimney will need cleaning and we'll definitely call them again.

These guys were great. They were on time extremely clean (we're dealing with soot in the living room with white carpets) supper friendly and professional. The price was under what others quoted and they did not charge a fee just to come out. I would use these guys every year for maintenance if I wasn't moving.

Ben and Adam did an amazing job! Two other people I hired could not fix the broken pipe and install the gas logs. Southern Chimneys came out and had the repair done and the new logs installed in about an hour. I truly wish I had called them first. They were friendly and knowledgable. And charged a fair price even knowing I was selling my house and in dire straits. I appreciate their integrity. Thank you, gentlemen!
