Adam came back with the first quote and he and Ben arrived the next day for inspection and cleaning. They gave a thorough inspection and said cleaning was not necessary. In addition they made some needed adjustments to our gas logs. Very professional.

In addition to the immediate work required, Southern Chimney was able to provide a quote/estimate for a related (run new gas started line) issue which required some alternative routing, a replacement shut-off valve, etc, Work is scheduled - at my convenience - for a date in early October. Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, reasonably priced and personable. Couldn't ask for much more.

Professional and very knowledgeable. I had an odor coming from my fireplace and requested an inspection. I received a condition report showing that the Rain Pan and Storm Collar was in poor condition. They explained that water was not coming into the fireplace, but between the fireplace and wall when it rains. The quote was very fair. I paid 1/2 down as a deposit, the rest was due upon installation and completion. Very satisfied. I recommend.

Adam and his assistant did an excellent work fixing our dryer vent system. They were on time, charged what they said they would do before coming to the house, cleaned up when finished. I would recommend them.
