Both people that came to our house were very polite and very knowledgeable. We had a spring loaded flue installed on a house built in 1940 with no issues at all. The lead time for the chimney cap at the top was a bit long but we weren't in a rush so it made no difference to us. Overall great service. I would recommend for sure.

Ben was very Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, reasonably priced. I'm very happy with his work. I still cannot believe he drove to my home during the snow storm and fixed my fireplace!! My home is now warm and cozy, thanks to Ben.

Adam is timely, knowledgeable, professional and informative. He gave me hands on instruction to make sure that I was comfortable making fireplace adjustments. He serviced both of my fireplaces instead of just the one that I had called about. He was flexible and gave me an extremely fair price. He’s also warm and friendly; a nice guy.
