Description of Work: Quick and prompt service. Hard working and pumped/ cleaned my septic. Hopefully the pump-out will fix our issues but I am pleased at the moment.

Description of Work: we had a little septic issue on a friday which was not convenient. so, i called a few names on angies list and one recommended from neighbors. the one my neighbors recommended was out of town unfortunately and this was the only company that would come on Saturday. The other companies could only come on Monday. I read the other reviews that said the price was a little high, so i expected it, but not this high. They came on time sat morning and got started. The septic tank was not totally full, but we decided to stil pump it. The problem ended up being a clog from one downstairs bathroom. They had to leave to get another truck and came back a few hours later to fix clog. The problem was fixed and now we know what to look if we have future problems. They were efficient and got the job done without tearing our yard up. My only issue is I thought it was a little pricey. Our neigbors gave us prices they have paid and they were significantly less. If i was in a pinch, I would use this company again, but I will be calling the company our neigbors use next time.

Description of Work: The drain field for my septic tank wasn't adequate anymore. At first, Mr. Seagraves came out and tried to find an alternative area. Unfortunately, that was possible, so I ultimately had to tie in to the county sewar system. Mr. Seagraves helped me contact the county to find the tap and worked with me to keep his price as low as possible. The work was done quickly and on time. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the condition of my yard. However, that would happen regardless of who performed the work; it's just a by product of running the drain pipe from the house to the street. I will definitely use Seagraves again. They are trustworthy and nice to work with!
