Description of Work: Woke up to water on the basement floor. Determined we had a leaky toilet. This was at 9a. Called Seagraves. They were here and finished by 10:45a. Responsive and professional. My husband could probably have made the repair, but it would have taken him much longer.

Description of Work: They changed two of our water heaters. The job was well done. One issue we had and a staff member came back as planned and resolved the problem. The issue was related to the water routing - one of the toilets had hot water going into it. We also had a separate problem with leaking water in a toilet and on their 2nd visit they found the problem to be in another toilet instead and they fixed it. It was such a relief because the noise was driving us crazy. I highly recommend SEAGRAVES PLUMBING SEPTIC AND SEWER for their service. | |Note: I am not sure of the exact date but I recall it was in Nov of last year.

Description of Work: The water ceased flowing out of the shower head. Seagraves diagnosed the problem rapidly, disassembled the unit in the wall, made the proper adjustments, and the water continues to flow today upon command. A nagging problem finally resolved. Previously, Seagraves installed a new kitchen faucet and pressure relief valve (both of which I had purchased). All services performed professionally and at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: I had a hot water heater emergency (apparently a slow leak that caused serious water damage in my den) that needed immediate attention. I contacted Seagraves Plumbing and they were able to put me in contact with a water mitigation, abatement and rebuild company that came to my house that very day. Once the problem was assessed and I clearly was going to need a new water heater, I called Seagraves and requested someone come out and give me an estimate. Matt was incredibly professional and courteous and he explained what he would do in replacing the water heater, in fact he removed my old water heater (since the mitigation co. was not licensed to do so) the day he came out to just review the situation. I could not be happier with the work Seagraves has done, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Replace bathtub nozzles, instal new kitchen faucet, fix leak coming from bathroom sink. |We did have a small problem right after they left when I was using the new sprayer for the kitchen sink, but my husband was able to snap the connecting hose back in and it hasn't come out again. Overall the faucets they fixed work well.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. I had them pump our septic tank; they arrived on time, and did their job in a very professional manner. They cleaned up so well after the job was done that it doesn't look like we had any work done. |The only thing I can complain about is the price, which I feel is too high. The man was really nice and had a plumber come out that day to take care of the situation. We were charged only a service call and really appreciated the professionalism and dedication of this company. We only use their services now and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We had a sink that was leaking and had them come out and repair it. They took about 40 minutes or so and then cleaned up and took the waste away with them when they left.

 + -1 moreThis is the first time we have used Seagraves Plumbing and were quite pleased. I think they are very professional, honest, and was responsive to our calls. The serviceman they sent out had no problems at all fixing up the toilet.
Description of Work: We had water leaking out of the bottom of the toilet. He replaced a part underneath the toilet and it has worked fine since.

 + 1 moreVery pleased with the knowledge, experience and determination of these guys. We experienced minor foaming from a lower plugged drain in our basement after doing a lot of laundry. Our septic system was 48 years old, so we suspected the worst. Michael Seagraves did a quick & thorough diagnosis and informed us we'd need a new drain field. Shortly thereafter, Chuck Seagraves did an on-site evaluation to site new drain field. I appreciated that Chuck was concerned about damage to property and landscaping, and was able to site the new field without my having to remove several large trees. Michael Steele was the foreman during the installation and was also very experienced and conscientious. He made an extra effort to drive the small excavator up the most difficult route to avoid damage to our patio and yard. He also did an outstanding job grading after installation. I found the Seagraves crew to have tons of experience, and be knowledgeable problem solvers.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem by inspecting tank & lines; pumped 1,000 gal tank; installed new infiltrator drain field with approx. 300 feet of run and 4 lines.

 + -1 moreThey sent out people twice and could not find the problem. I would show them what was wrong and then they would say they could not find anything. The workers they sent out seemed unqualified for the job. They wasted so much time that the pipe kept leaking and the water buckled the floor. They refused to do anything to help fix the floor. I had a very bad experience.

 + -1 moreI had a leaky bathtub faucet and had bought what I thought was the correct part. When the plubmer came out he told me it was the wrong part and what the correct part was. He said I would need to get the right part and re-schedule. I went to Home Depot (at his suggestion) and got what he told me. When he came back out again he told me again it was the wrong part. He was not helpful in where i could get the right part, nor did he offer to get it for me. I was closing on my home the next day and needed to get this done in order to close(which he knew) I had to pay two service calls even though the second time he was there for 5 minutes. I live about 1 mile from the office, so it wasn't a long trip. Bottom line, the service was bad and I won't use them again. If I knew what parts to buy, I would not have needed a plubmer to begin with...

Description of Work: When I called the office I gave them a list of things we needed done. When the plumber arrive he seemed put out with the job. He said he would have to get back to us with an estimate because he did not have the parts on the truck. We never heard from him again. We had some fixtures we wanted replaced, a leak under our sink repaired and a toilet valve replaced. He only fixed the toilet.

THE WORK HE DID WAS FOR THE SAME PRICE AS JUST ONE OF THE REPAIRS OF ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF, MOPPED UP MY BATHROOM. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THEIR HONESTY. I APPRECIATED THAT THE COMPANY DID NOT SHOVE A CLIP BOARD IN MY FACE MAKING ME SIGN IT TO LET ME KNOW THERE WAS A SERVICE CHARGE, IN FACT THERE WAS NO CHARGE AT ALL. GREAT SERVICE AND THE ATTITUDE OF ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT.

Seagraves Plumbing Septic and Sewer offers the following services: We are a full line plumbing service company specializing in the installation of septic drainfields, sewer lines, water lines and water heaters both RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL. We have master plumbers on staff ready to repair or install new toilets, faucets, disposals, sewage pumps, sump pumps, filters or trouble shoot any leaks. We also use our high pressure water jet and camera to locate and unstop any blockages. Septic tank pumping and evaluations can usually be scheduled within 24 hrs.
We do not install any irrigation's lines or work with wells.
