The technician found problems trying to access the ducts by the vents and instead of look for a good solution decided to go the fastest way cutting the duct close to the furnace damaging the duct and allowing the isolating fiberglass to contaminate the airflow. Bad practice, No professional, i wouldn't hire them.

Me and my family are severe allergy sufferers. I hired Mr. Martin to deep clean my air ducts/vents, and carpets. He went above and beyond by removing ALL vents and returns, hand washing them, then, cleaned and treated the duct work with environmentally safe chemicals that kills mold, bacteria, etc. Unlike most services, Mr. Martin took the time to clean up any and all debris that came from the vents. Here's the REAL test, when me and family awoke the next morning, NO ONE sneezed, coughed, or had any signs of nasal congestion. WOW! It was well worth it! Thanks again.

I was not told that my home would be covered in dust when the cleaning was performed. I was not anticipating the dirt/debris/buildup to instead of being vacuumed up, it was broken up and blown throughout the entire house. My initial quote for for 2 systems, unlimited vents and I ended up paying 600. I advised that I was having this done because of severe dust allergies in my home and I could not even bring my family over whom are highly allergic until we did a top to bottom house cleaning. My new air filters were completely clogged immediately. I was not informed that I would have to have a professional cleaner come to my house after this service. Antoine seemed professional and understanding but he left my home dusty enough where we could write on the kitchen table with our finger in dust.

I explained that I had two units in attic, that my small Townhome was 2 zone. He quoted $125.00 even though I had 2 units, He said I had just a few number of ducts. I was happy with that quote. When he arrived and started the work, he then told me it would be $275.00 because of 2 units and he denied that I said I had 2 units, he told me I only said 2 zone. I remember distinctly what I said. I felt it was a bait and switch. I was forced to pay a higher price then originally quoted. In the meantime I had gotten quotes less than $275, but went with the $125.00 quote. Very cagey.
