Mark's Yard & Handyman Service

Mark was super-nice, well spoken, fast and prompt with his work, and did a really good job installing and following-up sod. I did take a half-star out because I found his attempts to up-sale other services a bit pushy and also he wanted to increase the price he had quoted me, after I told him that I decided to use his service (citing a recent increase in the price of the sod). We worked out the details easily enough, though. The final outcome was well satisfactory.

I had a small job and was having trouble getting someone interested in coming out. Mark came right out, gave me a fair price and complete the job the same day.
