I had an excellent experience. They helped dramatically reduced the stress of the move. They were very responsive to my needs. They worked continuously and very hard whenever they were on the clock. They had a very positive attitude.

A day prior to the move, Mark the Mover called to confirm. The three movers arrived on time and spent a lot of time carefully wrapping and packing our furniture. At one point, my husband attempted to help move a dresser and one of the men stopped him. He said "Sir, that's what you're paying us to do." During the course of the move, the movers used large rubber bands to secure the front door. Consequently, the lock on the front door went through the drywall, creating a quarter-sized hole. One of the movers had difficulty putting the sleigh bed back together, so later that night, when someone sat on it, the bed collapsed, damaging the footboard. When I made Mark the Mover aware of this, they immediately had both the drywall and bed repaired by dependable third parties, at their expense. The owner said he wanted us to be 110% satisfied with our move and we were. Mark the Mover receives the highest of praise from me. Their outstanding customer service will not be forgotten as I will recommend them to anyone planning a move in the Atlanta area.

Extremly pleases. His company has a 2 hourminimum. Otehr had a three hour minimum. He was very noce on the hone. Everything he saud he was goign to do he did. He called th day before. The people were nice, helpfula nd infomattov. They wrapped everything. We had absolutly no probelmsw at all. They cam on time.

The service was excellent! I have moved a lot so I have experience with this service. They were the best movers I have ever had!

I can't say enough good things about these guys: prompt, efficient, courteous, friendly and a very professional job. They wrapped all the furniture with pads and shrink wrap. Everything was still in place after the 12 hour drive to D.C.! Great job!!

From our first call just for information everyone at Mark the Mover was helpful and professional. We weren't sure if our planned moving day would change given the new house closing and we couldn't confirm until the day before. They had no problem with that short notice to actually do the job. The scheduling staff was great and kept us informed until the truck arrived. The three man team was great! They arrived early and helped move and pack several things we hadn't expected help with. Then they moved things out faster than I could have ever imagined. Many very large pieces up one flight of stairs with a sharp turn. They wrapped items to protect them and got the apartment cleared out in much less time than expected. Then they quickly unloaded at our new home. The whole team was personal, professional, helpful and terrific. We'd hire them again and recommend them highly.

I have moved 8 times as an adult - from DC to San Fran, and Minneapolist to Miami. Hands-down, this company is not ONLY the best, simply the best - but the very best value that could be had.

Coleman was the supervisor - they arrived ON TIME and were VERY THOROUGH in making sure my furniture was wrapped carefully and protected. Each of the movers had a great attitude and worked very fast. I've had terrible experiences with moving companies before, so this was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Coleman and his crew were excellent. Arrived on time and completed move in under 5 hrs. The move took place during a very rainy day but the guys made sure everything remained dry during the move. I highly recommend this company.

Service was great. The team was nice and worked very hard. My only complaint would be that the foreman was a bit too "salesy" - always trying to tell me what a great deal i was getting and how hard they were working. And when I wanted to do a few things myself (ie. setup my furniture) I got some not-so subtle push back.

From beginning to end, Mark the Mover provided me with outstanding service. The crew -- Coleman, Glenn and Marcus W. -- demonstrated genuine care for me as a customer and quickly relocated me from a storage unit in Smyrna to my new home in Kirkwood. They also set up my master bedroom furniture and connected my washer & dryer. I highly recommend Mark the Mover and these gentlemen.

The company handled the move fine, but they did not "stand out" as some of your other service providers do.

Overall they did a great job and I would use them again.

Calling the company was easy. I spoke to a person who offered an estimate over the phone. Reservation time was confirmed. Two gentlemen arrived promptly on moving day. They were very professional and courteous. They wrapped each piece of furniture, file cabinets and art. They placed each item where directed with no damage to belongings or hard wood floor. They never took a break yet stayed and offered to hang framed art. Very cordial, polite, immaculate and hardworking. They made moving almost a pleasure. Would hire them again with no hesitation.

Got good, straight info on the move when I called and scheduled. Picked up boxes and tape from their location prior to the move. They helped load in my car. (The boxes you don't use can be turned back in on the day of your move.) Arrived on time. Went right to work and worked non-stop. Used padding and shrink wrap on all of the furniture. The movers were cordial and helpful. Unloaded efficiently. Placed furniture and boxes as requested. Moved other furniture that was in place to get the new furniture in the right position. I was surprised at how quickly it all went. Very professional.

They really wrapped things. They were careful with the floors and the walls. They put everything right where we asked to for the most part. The movers did a really good job wrapping the furniture and being careful about moving things, not damaging stuff. They were very fast, on time and all that good stuff.

Called on Thursday and discussed the move-location, number of pieces, and so on. Very efficiently done indeed, gave me a lot of confidence. We set a time and the movers arrived within a few minutes of the agreed time. Great guys. No fuss at all, they just walked around, decided what order to move the large pieces, and got started. Move went very well, bill was as expected. Overall, move lasted about 3 hours start to finish. Would recommend for all your moving needs.

They were incredible. I couldn't not ask for more. They were on time and courteous. They treated my furniture with care and took care of my house as well. The prices were beyond reasonable.

From getting estimates, making the appointment, and throughout the actual move, I was very pleased. When I made the appointment all details were clearly explained and all my questions were answered. I had a clear understanding about what to expect out of the move. I received a reminder call the day before the move and a call the morning of the move just to see I needed anything prior to their arrival. They arrived on time and after reviewing with me the work to be done, they got right to work. The three man crew were professional. They kept me informed of their progress and made me aware of any questions they had. What most impressed me was how well they took care of my things and kept working as the weather was not the best the day of the move. In addition they were aware of time. They were making a conscience effort to keep time to a minimum. The move took a little longer than I original thought but I was satisfied that it was solely due to the amount of work that actually had to be done. I was very pleased.

I contacted MarkTheMover after driving through the city and observing one of the moving vans in passing. Immediately, my call was returned, a very easy competetive rate plan was described over the telephone (charge by the hour), and my appointment was booked (my first preference). The movers arrived almost two hours later than expected, but they were extremly professional and diligent. The movers handled my household goods as though they were the actual owners of the furniture. The service was prompt, and the best thing is the easy to understand fees. After using national/regional movers in the past with their confusing tarrifs, fuel surcharges, labor rates, and miscellaneous other expenses, there is no doubt you will save with MarkTheMover while experiencing service quality.

We were very impressed with them. They showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, and everything arrived safely with no damage. This is my first no damage experience after several moves with other companies. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

They sent out three guys and one truck for the move. They did a quick walk-through, and only afterward started the clock on their by-the-hour rate. As soon as the clock was running, the three of them hauled everything out and onto the truck faster than I thought it could be done. Unloading at the new house was just as fast. No damage except for a minor ding to the back side of a bookcase (made out of chipboard and easy to damage anyway). All the while, the guys were cheerful and friendly. Done in under three hours, which is their minimum charge.

Mark the Mover was excellent. They were efficient, professional and nice. One of the movers even swapped out the electrical cord on my dryer when it turned out the outlet in my laundry room had a different number of prongs.
