Description of Work: was called to clean 4 rooms of carpet and one sofa. the service man cleaning the dogs was in training and the dogs looked absolutely the same after it was " cleaned" he had no response when I pointed this out. the carpets were no bettert

Description of Work: Initial call went to call center which was NOT linked to on the ground people. They promised the world but the cleaners were totally out of the loop. They were late, unprofessional and rude. They used some wacky "carpet polishing" system whcih was a joke. Stay away....
