I've been happy with their service each time and they've done a great job. Their price can't be beat.

I got a 50% discount, which is the only reason I went with them. They gave me a warranty with their work. The good things were that they were easy to get a hold of, and they came on time. The biggest problem I had was that the cleaning created mounds, which I had to vacuum. I wish they would have done that themselves. I would never hire them again.

They were extremely proficient with their cleaning of the carpets. The only thing I didn't like was that they tried to add things on to my bill that I didn't want. They were great cleaners, they did a great job, and were very professional, but I don't think I will be using them again.

Kiwi Services didn't provide the excellent service I was hoping for. The man who came seemed to be in a hurry and didn't do a very thorough job. I thought the price was ok, but I expected the results to be better.

I highly recommend them. Roger Skellams is very professional and does excellent quality work. He cut the wood first for the crown molding then installed it. That alone speaks of his wonderful skill. You can set your watch by him as he is so punctual. When he is finished with the job, you couldn't even tell he was there. His prices are above average but well worth the price.

Now that I have signed the annual contract, they will come out as needed for only $25 for the trip and $4 per room. They do a good job and it generally takes one person about 2 1/2 hours to complete the work. They are always clean and courteous, making sure I am satisfied with the results.

I was really impressed with these guys. They did great quality work using new technologies and products! For me the high point is their prices and warranty plans. I would definitely recommend them to the other members.

I was pretty skeptical at first, but, they do dry cleaning, not steam, which is so much better for your carpet. After comparing prices between the two, they won. I had a dog who had gotten into something bad and threw up bile all over my house in different spots for two days; also had diarrhea. So, I paid for pet stain removal. Also one year guarantee, call them back for 4 bucks a room plus travel fee of 28 and you have a room cleaned (who else does that?). Kiwi comes out (Walter, who was great and funny too) and as soon as he started, I smell this GREAT scent, a citrus scent. It was so nice. He finished the room that was the worst, I go and look, and *expletive* there were NO stains. He got every single other one out too. I couldn't believe it. The upholstery was a miracle too. It is not 100%, but I did not even expect that at all. I was impressed that it was better than I thought. Carpet was dry within 15 minutes. I was lucky to find them, so much better the others.

I really was pleased with this carpet cleaning company. Not only were they very punctual and professional, but they used a dry spray and buffer to clean my carpets, as opposed to the wet systems other companies frequently use. They were great to deal with and I liked the enzyme combination they used to clean my carpets.

We had a great experience with them because our house was vacant.

We called on a Saturday and they came the same day to clean our carpets and sofa. The technician "John" did a fine and thorough job with that. BUT, they took our area rug to their shop for cleaning. They promised it would take only 7-10 business days. After 3 weeks, we called, and found out they hadn't even begun cleaning the area rug. When they finally returned it, it was still just as dirty as when it left. We sent it back, and the supervisor "Katalina" promised "expedited" service this time. She also promised to call with info on when we could expect the carpet back, but didn't. I had to call 4 or 5 times, and again, when I finally spoke to Alex who was in charge of the cleaning, he admitted that they hadn't even begun cleaning the rug. We finally got it back after another 2 weeks. 5.5 weeks in total, with extremely poor communication and professionalism. We'll never use Kiwi again.

You get what you pay for. Despite the low price, some pet stains seemed to be worse than they were from the start and the ink stain was taken care of simply with a magic fluid in a spray bottle (I could do this myself if I had the name of it!). The cleaning process is basically they spray something on the carpet then brush it with a machine. They seemed to shy away from moving furniture, so keep your rooms obstacle free. The only REAL way to thoroughly clean a carpet, IMHO, is with the services of a truck mounted hot water extraction (steam cleaning) system which this company DOES NOT employ. But it is expensive - I paid close to $800 in my last home. A service like this will usually remove all furniture out of the way. Although I bought Kiwi's warranty, I may or may not use them again maybe for emergency spills, but for serious cleaning, I don't think so.

THE GUY THAT THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY NICE, BUT SLOW. I THINK HE WAS NEW. HE DIDN'T SEEM REALLY EXPERIENCED. I HAD A COUPLE OF REALLY BAD STAINS THAT WERE GOING TO BE A LOT EXTRA TO CLEAN, SO I DIDN'T HAVE THEM DO IT. I USED THIS COMPANY PRE-ANGIE'S LIST AND WOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER IN THE FUTURE.

THEY MISSED THE 1ST APPT., NEVER SHOWED UP. I MISSED WORK FOR THIS. WHEN I CALLED, THEY APOLOGIZED AND RESCHEDULED. WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM MY UNIT DIDN'T WORK AFTER THE TECH LEFT, THEY WERE APOLOGETIC. THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT AND HE COULDN'T. I HAD TO GET AN INDEPENDENT COMPANY TO FIX IT. I HAD TO PAY AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE REIMBURSED. I SUBMITTED MY RECEIPT AND INFO TO THEM OVER A MONTH AGO! I HAVE PHONED AND EMAILED AND RECEIVED NO REPLY. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGH, I WAS TOLD THAT IT TAKES 90 DAYS TO GET A REIMBURSEMENT APPROVED. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I WON'T EVEN CALL THEM BACK FOR THE WARRANTY (FREE) SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CANNOT REACH A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR BY PHONE. THE WARRANTY OFFERS AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING AT A LATER DATE AT GREATLY REDUCED PRICE. WHEN I CALLED FOR FOLLOW UP SERVICE THE REP POINTED OUT THAT THE SERVICE IS NOT THE SAME, AND THAT IS CORRECT ACCORDING TO THE FINE PRINT IN CONTRACT. I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, TWICE, FIRST EXTREMELY RUDE, WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR ON EITHER CALL. THE WARRANTY IS A RIP OFF. I WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON ON MY CALL, DID GET A CALL BACK BUT I WAS NOT IN, AND MY ATTENTION SPAN WAS GONE. NO FOLLOW UP BY THE COMPANY WAS EXPECTED, AND NONE WAS RECEIVED. POOR. I DECIDED TO FIND ANOTHER CARPET CLEANER AND JOINED ANGIE'S LIST AT THAT TIME, AND FOUND AN EXCEPTIONAL CARPET CLEANING COMPANY.

WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE INITIAL CLEANER - HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OBVIOUSLY INEXPERIENCED. HE ALSO TRIED TO GIVE ME THE HARD SELL ON ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO RAISE THE PRICE. HE WAS FRANKLY PRETTY LAZY AND DIDN'T MOVE A LOT OF THE FURNITURE THAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO AS PART OF THE JOB, AND ADMITTED THAT ''CLEANING THE STAIRS RIGHT'' WOULD TAKE A LONG TIME OF SCRUBBING AND BECAUSE I WAS RUSHED TO LEAVE (HE ARRIVED VERY LATE - HOURS LATE)HE JUST DID A MEDIOCRE JOB. HOWEVER, WE'VE USED THE SERVICE TWICE SINCE THEN SINCE THEY GIVE YOU FOLLOW-UP FOR $15 WITHIN THE NEXT YEAR FOR ANY REASON AND WE'VE BEEN MUCH HAPPIER WITH THOSE TECHNICIANS.

I WAS NOT HOME, BUT MY HOUSEKEEPER WAS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND PET STAINS WERE REMOVED. THEY OFFER A FOLLOW-UP VISIT FOR ONLY $15 A VISIT WITHIN THE YEAR.

TECHNICIAN STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE EVEN THOUGH HE HAD TO SPEND LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. CARPET HAD PET STAINS THAT WERE SUCCESSFULLY REMOVED. GOOD VALUE, COMPANY WILL RETURN FOR CLEANING FOR A $15 CHARGE FOR TRIP AND $4 PER AREA NEEDING CLEANING WITHIN ONE YEAR'S TIME.
