I had some scheduling problems and they were most helpful. The worker arrived and did the job. He also gave me guidance on maintenance. I am very pleased.

Technician arrived within half hour of scheduled time. Quickly diagnosed problem as worn out wheels and replaced them in the door that wasn't working and, on our approval, in the other garage door as well. He lubricated the system. Now both doors operate smoothly and quietly.

The technician went beyond the immediate problem (an improperly mounted hinge had become loose) to reinforce the mounting and reset the tracks at a better angle. He arrived within the committed time window on the same day I called and telephoned 30 minutes before his arrival. I was charged no more than the standard service call fee. Excellent.

Technician arrived more than 2 hours late. He advised that he would contact me the next day after obtaining the necessary parts. When I did not hear from the technician I contacted the company. The technician contacted me and we established a date/time for the work to be completed. I advised him that the job was time-sensitive as it had to be coordinated with other repair/remodel work scheduled for the garage. the technician called to advise that he would be approximately 3 hours late. He called a second time to indicate that he would need to reschedule the repair for another day. I contacted another company shown on Angie's List. That company had a representative examine the problem and complete the repair work on the same day that I solicited their

David came to our home to give us a quote on the replacement of our garage door and opener. Very nice person, he explained everything to us and there were no surprises when the job was finished. The job was done on time and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. Before we became a member of Angie’s list we had some honorable experiences with contractors. But, that is in the pass, now going forward we can look forward to finding quality companies like Dunwoody door lift.

Kevin arrived promptly, was very professional. He made the repairs quickly. Since the adjustment was so simple, he did not charge me the full price for a service call. When he replaced the transmitter, he made sure that I knew what a new one cost before installing it. I will definitely use this company again.

They were professional and polite. I was so pleased with them and they were very nice.

We called at 9am and Dave was here at 10 am. Very professional, friendly and most importantly, thorough. He inspected both doors, replaced bolts missing on both doors, lubricated and even installed brackets that would prevent the springs, should one break in the future, from becoming a projectile (no addl charge). Replaced the transmitter for the remote. The cost was significantly less than we had anticipated with no 'hidden charges'. I really cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received from this company. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Did a great job! I called at about 8am Saturday. Had to leave a voicemail. (That would be my only complaint) Got a call back within 5 minutes and had someone in my house within the hour. Initially was quoted around $180 and came in under budget!!

Called in the morning and spoke to Kevin. They were able to come and repair the garage door opener the same day. I decided to add the keypad opener while the techician was there, however, he did not have a unit on hand so he came back first thing the next morning.

The came within an hour of our call and finished quickly and efficiently and for what we think was an excellent price.

Both workmen were extremely neat and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to work with. Their prices were fair and their service excellent. A pleasure to have technicians who really know what they are doing.

My door rotted out after 30 years. I had a few garage door companies give me an estimate to fix the door. All but one told me I needed a new door and to make them match I needed 2 doors. Then my friends at Dunwoody Door came by and told me that they could just install a new panel on the bad door. I saved almost $1500 over the other companies. This is the reason I have used only them for the past 30 years. THE BEST!!!!!

Great experience. Since my wife and I both work, it was hard to nail down a time for one of us to be home. Ken suggested we leave the door on manual and he would check it out, fix it, and leave an invoice. He replaced the sensors and now it works great. Price was very reasonable, and the fact that we didn't have to be there was convenient. Highly recommend this company for your garage door.

I contacted the company and arranged an appointment to fix the garage door opener. Initially they were not willing to provide me with a copy of their Liability Insurance Certificate stating that the job was too small for them to do so. After the second request they eventually fax me a copy of the insurance certificate. The technician that did the actual work arrived promptly as scheduled. Kevin provided me with an honest estimate for fixing the old garage door opener without replacing it. I chose to replace it anyway. After Kevin completed the work he walk me though the regular maintenance procedure and did the maintenance on the two garage doors. I noticed that the wall switch would not allow for turning the light on and off independently of opening the garage door and asked him to replace it. He did not have the proper wall switch with him but promised to deliver one later during the week and explain to me how to assemble it to the wall. So, I got the new wall switch (after reminding the office once about it) and replaced it myself. Everything works fine now. I am very pleased with Kevin s work.

This was a small emergency, because the door broke on the day we were preparing to be out of town for 2 weeks. The company responded on the same day, showed up in a couple of hours, and fixed the problem rapidly. These people have worked on my garage door on several occasions over a period of about 10 years. They have always done excellent work at a reasonable price.

Better than we expected; they asked if we could could get our cars out (e.g., was the repair urgent) and when we said yes they asked if 24 hours would be OK. That was fine by us, but they called back and managed to get somebody here the same day anyhow. They fixed it perfectly and quickly. They are very professional.

Excellent! I thought we needed a new door opener, but it was serviced and repaired and operates like new. Quite pleased with the friendliness and effectiveness of the serviceman. We will certainly use them again.

My garage door was literally coming apart! I called on a Sunday and a representative returned my call that day. A gentleman came out the next morning within the appointment time estimate that they gave me. I was given a reasonable price estimate to either replace or repair the door. Not only was my door repaired for the price indicated in the estimate, the repairman also checked and replaced screws and missing hardware on our other garage door at no additional cost. He stated that the price of the repair included a service call and that replacing the necessary screws was part of routine maintenance. The work was completed quickly. I could not be more pleased.

The first day they came out they fixed it that day. He happened to have the springs right there. I thought he was professional and the repair went without a hitch. There might have been a guarantee but it's been long enough ago that I don't remember.
