They were very professional and courteous. Our bathroom was a bit of a challenge due to the shower configuration and tile work. They came out and measured and made recommendations to what would suit our needs best. After some minor modifications were made to the shower by another contractor (based on Drexler's recommendations), they came out and remeasured for the frameless shower doors.

They were great. They were on time and did everything that they said they were going to do.

I had used Drexler before and I have had nothing but good service. They are professionals and their work is top knotch. This is NOT an inexpensive project!

Great! I went to their store initially and brought the broken mirror. They created the new one, delivered and installed it in my home all for a reasonable price.

These people are amazing in their approach. The did not just measure the shower size - rather you used a 6 foot long level to determine the plumbness of the walls -- one wall was tipping outward by 1/4 inch over 6 foot level length. Another was inward a similar amount. They made suggestions and actually corrected a couple of bad ideas we had. The installation procedure is fair more complex than typical finish carpentry -- I had no appreciation. There was a problem with the glass -- the first time there was a scratch and a replacement piece needed ordering. Then when they came out there was a miss-match between the door height and the walls. (It turns out the walls were at the plus side and the door and the minus side of tolerance. Richard could have lived with one difference or the other -- but it was not possible to have the install "right" with one piece too long and the other too short. We have used these people for replacing a thermal pane window previously and that went perfectly smooth - so I think the issues with our shower were just luck and not typical. I will use these people for future glass projects without bothering on bids - they have proven themselves to be professionals and offer rare quality and value.

We didn't end up using them. I think the quote was for $2100.00. It was fine. It took them a little while to get here. We would possibly use their services in the future if we had to.

They were punctual, they were very experienced, and I had good experience with them.

Very professional! I had no idea so much measuring was done in order to make shower doors! Turn-around time was good and job was completed on time. These doors are beautiful!!

They came out and took measurements and were able to install the new door a couple of weeks later. They did a great job.

Our old glass rimless shower door had been in place for ten years, and had begun to sag and scrape the tile when it was opened and closed. The folks at Drexler came out and re-hung the old door to get us by for a few days, and measured for a new door, taking into account the out-of-square walls in our older home. They came out a week later and installed the new door, which is a great fit and is superior in every way. They re-designed the opening for better ease of use and their door is of very high quality. They were able to use our old door handle which saved us a few bucks. The new door looks great and works beautifully. Everyone at Drexler was professional and courteous throughout the process. These folks know what they're doing and we highly recommend them.

Mr. Drexler told me that while he could do the work, he thought it would be too expensive, and that there were less expensive options (with other companies). He gave me all of the information for another company that he thought could do what I needed for a lot less (utilizing a different product). He was extremely helpful and professoinal about the whole process. Very honest-would have loved to have the work, but he thought I"d be spending too much for what I needed. How refreshing. I strongly recommend this company.

Perfectly. Another company quoted $1500, saying they couldn't utilize the existing framing. Drexler stated they could (and did), for $500. Work was perfectly and company was very responsive in following up, scheduling measurings, etc. Very professional. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Overall the experience was very good. We hope to use Drexler at some point to replace our current Master Bath framed shower doors.

They were very helpful, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

I did have to have them come back out to set the glass door the opposite way for me. I had it opening from the left to the right and I had them flip it for me. I wished they would have educated me about the flip and how the water from the shower was going to spread outside the door.

David and his crew are stellar. From price to quality to responsiveness I was very impressed. I remodel a few homes a year and from time to time need high-quality, modern-looking, shower enclosure--they did a fantastic job. Little things like being flexible with me about scheduling the install--when my tile guy ran behind it was no problem for them to push their schedule back. David gave great feedback about wall blocking and ways to save $$ as well as where to spend the bucks--all told a very good experience.

These folks were totally professional from start to finish. They took measurements of our shower stall and recommended changes to the tile (tile was done by another contractor) to ensure the new shower enclosure would drain properly. They provided us with website photos of the shower stall options, hardware, etc. and confirmed exactly what we wanted prior to beginning their work. They set the installation appointment, and confirmed it by phone before coming. The work was done quickly and the final product is beautiful. They cleaned the area completely and didn't leave any trash or stuff behind (as so many contractors do). I probably could have found a slightly cheaper contractor to do this, but I thought Drexler's pricing was pretty fair. Joe and David were great to work with. I'll use and recommend them in the future.

Drexler Shower Door Co. Inc. does more than shower doors. They are experts in glass of all kinds. I have used them and recommended them for many years. They do exquisite work. This time the broken glass was covered by insurance so I didn't have to pay them anything.

I did not use them because they failed to show up for a scheduled appointment to measure nor did they call and let me know there were not coming. I went with another vendor.

Very professional. Great quality job. Actual price matched estimate. Installed with 2 weeks.
