Bought a used car from them because of the price, but I had to play too many games. I walked out of the dealership twice before they finally sold me the car for the price it was listed for online. Also, many of the cars listed on their website were mysteriously sold when I called to inquire about them. At checkout, my paperwork was incorrect and I had to go back to get it corrected. In my opinion, this dealership lives in the old-school days of trying to milk uninformed buyers for every dollar they will spend vs. selling a good product at a fair price in a straightforward manner.

Everyone at Curry Honda is nice. They will give me a ride to the train if I need to leave my car there. They are always very polite and usually estimate the length of time it will take pretty well.
Description of Work: They took apart the wheel well to find what was causing the noise it was making, then took out something that was stuck in it.

My experience here is largely negative, despite that fact that I love the used car that I bought. Dealing with this dealership was very unpleasant. The price kept changing, and they kept alleging that somehow I was out of line and so they had to raise the price at each point in the negotiation. (For instance, after I took the car to my mechanic--with their permission and blessing--they then complained that permission to drive it a few miles to the mechanic had been given in error and that it was somehow my fault, that I should not have been allowed to take the car off the lot, and so the price would have to jump up a couple thousand dollars, almost as a penalty...) Then they would not put the final series of negotiations in writing and instead said that the manager had accepted my last offer, made a big deal of congratulating me, and pushed me to start signing purchase papers (while I protested that I wanted to see the final price plus tax and other fees before I signed anything, because I felt that something was not right in how they were handling the lack of a written price during that last stages). Sure enough, on the contract, which was hidden under all the other papers, they had tagged an extra $100 on the price. Then they wanted renegotiate the price, saying that the mistake about the price had to be on my side. When I finally got to the last stages in the financing office, though, it got straightened out. I got the price that I had originally been led to believe had been agreed upon, with many apologies from the finance manager. But that was an additional couple of hours of pressure on me, and assertions that somehow the misunderstanding had been on my side (as if I had somehow added $100 onto my offer without realizing it...). So, while I did end up with a car that I love, and did get it for the price to which I had agreed, the entire business left me with no desire to deal with this company again. I doubt that I will return to let them do any service and am glad that I have a terrific mechanic so that I will not have to go back to this dealership.

Curry called me back in a couple of days and said that Honda agreed to pay for the repair. Imagine my relief!! I could not afford nor imagine paying $3,000 to fix my A/C. Not only did Curry do the work, they accomplished it in one day, providing a free ride to the nearby station so that I could get to work. They were polite and professional. And when I picked the car up, there was no charge. Thank you Curry and thank you Honda.
Description of Work: I have a 2003 Honda CRV. The air conditioning stopped working suddenly one day during the 90+ temps we were having in Atlanta. I took it to an independent mechanic who told me that the repair would be over $3,000.00 since the whole system had to be replaced. After my initial shock, I made an appointment with Curry Honda, thinking I would have to argue with them and get upset, etc. They too estimated the cost to repair at over $3,000. When I told them what I found on the internet, they agreed to talk with Honda and find out what could be done.

Honda was so very good with our servicing. They really were. They were totally efficient in terms of time. They did all the repairs on our car and got it back to us ASAP. We have been really impressed with their servicing to be very frank with you.
Description of Work: We bought ourselves a new Honda minivan earlier this year. We took it into this dealership for its first mileage checkup which was all covered because they gave us a deal with our purchase where the first visit was all included in our original cost.

I like my Honda dealership. They have never done anything wrong and they have always been good to me. The place itself is clean and they are really friendly over there. They charge the going rates and the work they do is pretty good too.
Description of Work: I took my 2005 Honda in to Curry Honda for a mileage review type of check-up. They reviewed my brake system, my alignment and did their usual routine tests on my car.

Curry Honda had the best deal and the smartest salesmen of the seven dealers we checked with. Our salesman was David Perkins and he knew all of the answers to the questions my husband threw at him to test his knowledge. He was extremely well-educated and smart. He was not pushy, was very friendly, and professional. We feel like we got a very good price.

Curry could lower their prices a little. They have a shuttle service though to transport me to my job and I really like that service. They are convenient for me and I receive pretty good services for my little Honda. I will continue to use them because overall I have had no problems or complaints to speak of. Now, I cannot quote the price I paid for my last annual check-up because I do not have my paperwork in front of me. I do recall it being a little higher than I would have liked but certainly not abnormal.
Description of Work: My Honda Civic recently had a total yearly check up from Curry Honda. They looked over my fluid levels, did a once over check on my breaks and checked everything in my car to make sure it was properly functioning.

I've been to this place twice for oil changes because I didn't know where else to go when I first moved to the area. My first experience was unpleasant. It's hard to get an appointment. If you are able to get one, your car still isn't done on time. Three hours for an oil change when you arrive when the doors open is much too long. When I had the brake service conducted, I asked that the old brakes be placed in my trunk. I wanted to see if they had really needed changed. Of course, I forgot to look in my trunk before I left and they were not in there. The prices are high as well. I, however, was always treated professionally. Likewise, I have never had an issues arise with the quality of the repairs. I also occasionally get coupons in the mail, even though I will never use them. Now that I have lived here for awhile and have found other places to get by with car repair for the time being, I will not return.
Description of Work: Oil change and tire rotation (2 times). Brake service (1 time). I don't remember how much I spent on the brakes, but it was definitely over $300.

It went well. I went to the dealer early in the day and drove the car. They let me take it home to see if it would fit my garage, and it did. I went back to the dealer that night and negotiated a deal, driving away that night with my new car. They have a play room for kids, and I had my 1 and a half year old there.

Great experience! I purchased my automobile from Curry and always take it there for scheduled services. The technicians are friendly and they will not attempt to sell you unnecessary services. You can drop your car off at night and it's always ready on the next day.

I THINK THEY ARE JUST LIKE OTHER DEALERS, THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND I GENERALLY TRUST THEM BECAUSE I HAVEN'T HAD ANY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE TO MAKE ME FEEL OTHERWISE, BUT THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY PROVIDED INITIATIVE TO CONTACT HONDA AND THEY ARRANGED FOR HONDA TO PAY FOR NEW (FACTORY REBUILT) TRANSMISSION. THEY MADE PAPERWORK EASY. THEY HAD HONDA PAY FOR COURTESY RENTAL CAR DURING 2 DAY SERVICE. HOWEVER, WHEN I FIRST PICKED UP THE CAR I COULD NOT SHIFT OUT OF PARK. I LEFT IT FOR A CABLE ADJUSTMENT. WHEN I CAME BACK A SECOND TIME TO PICK THE CAR UP I GOT HOME AND FOUND I COULD NOT REMOVE MY KEY FROM THE IGNITION. I RETURNED AND THE TECHNICIAN STAYED LATE TO FURTHER ADJUST THE SAME CABLE. ALL IS FINE NOW. I WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. I SHOULD NOTE THAT THIS WEEK, ON ANOTHER HONDA ACCORD, THEY RETURNED IT AFTER SERVICE AND THERE WAS NO FLUID IN THE RADIATOR OVERFLOW.
Description of Work: 1) ROUTINE OIL & FILTER. 2) REPLACED TRANSMISSION. OUT OF WARRANTY AT 87,000 MILES FOR 1999 ACCORD, BUT CURRY ARRANGED FOR HONDA TO PAY FOR PARTS. I ONLY PAID LABOR. 3) MOTOR MOUNTS. I ARRANGED DIRECTLY WITH HONDA AND HONDA AMERICA COVERED REPAIR IN ENTIRETY.

CURRY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY HONEST IN GIVING ESTIMATES AND IN PERFORMING THE WORK - NO NASTY SURPRISES THERE. WHEN CURRY OBTAINED THE WRONG PART AND HAD TO KEEP OUR CAR FOR AN EXTRA DAY, THEY GAVE US A RENTAL CAR FOR FREE. THE HOURLY RATE ISN'T CHEAP, BUT THE WORK IS GOOD, AND NO ONE TRIES TO TALK YOU INTO PAYING FOR UNNECESSARY SERVICES.

I HAD PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED SOME ONLINE QUOTES FROM OTHER DEALERSHIPS, AND WHEN I CALLED HIM HE SAID HE WOULD MATCH THE LOWEST QUOTE FOR THE SAME CAR ON HIS LOT.
