Scheduling was a little difficult over email through Angie's List Big Deal but we eventually found a day that worked with my flex schedule. Everything went well. Technician pointed out a crack in the fireplace and gave an approximate quote for repair. Everyone was very courteous and left the house clean.

I purchased the Angies deal and left several messages and no one ever returned my call. I finally received a refund from Angies list for the deal.

Arvydas was great. I called him on Monday before Father's Day, hoping to have our gas grill fixed in time to grill out on Father's day. He came out two days later, fixed and cleaned our grill (and spent a lot of time doing so), and then he went to every fireplace in our home to inspect and discuss how they work with me. He also wrote down the models of my grill and fireplaces and sent a follow up e-mail the next day to tell me about options for replacement parts. He was wonderful!

Very professional and knowledgeable crew, arrived on time. Went above and beyond required job by inspecting a gas fireplace that wasn't working properly. Identified a problem with one of the fireplaces and suggested an elegant solution. Would definitely work with them again!

They seem honest about not trying to exaggerate what I needed done. There was really nothing that he didn't do and that I did not expect him to do.

I have a chimney that hasn't had use in many years. I wondered if I could use it safely and what was needed for this. The chimney/hearth is so shallow that it is not recommended that I use it as a wood-burning fireplace, but I was quoted on the cost of running a gas line and installing gas logs, which I hope to do in the future.

My original sheet metal chimney cap was large enough for the plywood chase but not large enough to protect the siding. I had water running down the sides of the chimney causing roof rot. Mr Didas installed a custom made cap with an extra long drop on the sides. The black color will not peel as it is a baked on powder coat finish. I am well pleased and plan to use his services again when my chimneys need sweeping.

Everything went smoothly. He arrived on time and did a great job.

When he got to our home he inspected the chimney and told us we did not need a cleaning. He showed us pictures and we had a triple chimney that needed a custom chimney cap. He informed us of options and costs and helped us make the right choice. He ordered the custom cap and had it installed in less than 1 week. He credited us back for the cleaning we did not need and even gave us good teaching on safety and care for our first fireplace. Great service. Great communication. He kept every appointment on time. I highly recommend this company. We will use them every time.

It worked out great and they did what they were going to do. They were professional and when it was over, they didn't charge any additional cost. The interaction with the provider was all good and it turned out right but they were a little bit late.

The service was very easy to book and fit into my schedule. They came in and got right to work. they were very professional and very clean and made recommendations necessary for our household. I wish I could have also purchased a coupon for the recommended service but the turnaround was so quick, I ended up paying full price. Other than that, I would use them again.

They arrived on time and completed the service promptly. The equipment used for cleaning the fireplace was not kept directly on our floor and they were careful about not damaging anything in the house. We were happy with the cleaning job.

I got a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. They protected my carpet and hearth with blankets before they started work. They were fast, efficient, and very patient in explaining how to operate the logs, as I couldn't remember the procedure for lighting them. Very, very pleased.

Recently after hearing rain drops inside the chimney chase attached to the house, I went on the roof and noticed that the rain pan covering the chimney chase had corroded due to the rain that was collecting on top of it and allowing water to drip from it. After reviewing the bids of several Angie?s List service suppliers I chose Atlanta Chimney Worx to do the work. Arvydas Didas from Atlanta Chimney Worx called before arriving at the house as promised. The work to be done was to replace the chimney chase cover (rain pan) that had corroded over time and had begun to leak as described above. Once Mr. Didas arrived at the house with the new rain pan, he said he would let me know when the old rain pan was removed to allow photos of the interior of the chase below it to determine if there was any rain damage due to the leak. There was some water infiltration but because it was new problem, there was no cause for concern. Once the cover was installed, Mr. Didas asked me if I wanted to look at the work and take photos, which I did. He also offered a tip on how to remove the rust that had leached from the old rain pan. Mr. Didas was courteous, punctual, quick and professional. If we have any additional chimney-related work, we will contact Atlanta Chimney Worx for that work.

Arvydas was great to work with. Prices were also excellent. Would recommend anytime!

Replies to emails, etc. were very punctual, and the work was done very well. He had a great attitude and was very honest and relate-able as a person as we discussed what needed to happen repair wise. Even though things ended up being added to the overall job, the price quoted didn't change, which I really appreciated. I would totally recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing chimney work!
