Geran and his crew did excellent work. They arrived on time and efficiently moved my parents to their new home. High quality work yet also very friendly and energetic.

They treated me and my belongings as trash. One of the helpers hung over quit and I was left with my belongings dumped in drive way.i was charged 3 times as much as quoted. Family airlooms was broken.

We contacted this company to move within Sandy Springs GA to Dunwoody, GA. This was a one bedroom apartment. We were quoted by Representative Laura $378 which she stated includes 2 movers, truck, taxes, supplies, gas and fees. After we paid our deposit, we received 2 links to confirm our move. Upon calling this company to confirm our move, we spoke with representative Troy. Upon reviewing our paperwork the quote was inflated to $800. He inflated additional charges that Representative Laura included in her quote. Troy stated Laura was not in the office. After informing him of our previous quote, he insisted we would be charged $800. We consider this company dishonest and untrustworthy and decided never to use them. We insisted our deposit be refunded immediately. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE SIGNING A CONTRACT. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WITH ANY NEGOTIATIONS. Please take note of the less than perfect 5 reviews. We were blindsided and very disappointed.

Hired them for December 10th move. Turned out to be raining that day. They came anyway. Because of the rain they slipped and broke a nice poker table and left a large tire track in my yard. Gave a two instead of a one because the movers were at least nice people.

Dental and crew did a great job. They were extremely careful with my items and wrapped glass and upholstered items were wrapped on shrink wrap. They were very pleasant and professional. I will use them again for my next move.

Big G and his team were beyond professional. I have never experienced a moving company like his team. They came in and treated my things with the utmost care and consideration. Because I had a horrible experience with a moving company 11 months previous moving from California to Atlanta my Stress level was off the chart. I spoke with the All My Sons company rep and express my concern and my previous encounter with a moving company that overcharged me thousand of dollars, cost me thousands of dollars of damage along with stealing a lot of my property which I have not received back at this current time, the issue was so bad that DA of Sacramento Ca has gotten involved. After listening to y concern, All my son moving Rep informed me that I would not have to encounter such with them and they would send me their more experience veteran crew. My goodness, they did Big G and his crew moved my furniture and items without any damage. I have shredded tears of gratefulness . ... I will definitely refer this company and use them again . in near future. But my catch is I would definitely want Big G the veteran crew.

The worst decision. Charged 3 times what they quoted me and they walked the site and said it would take 5 hours total. It took twice that long. They will hold your belongings Ranson for final payment before they will unload at your new home. Then, you can expect things to get broken. I forgot to mention that they did not show up at our agreed time, noon on Friday. We closed Friday morning ran back to meet the movers that never showed up. Long story short, our stuff was moved Sunday. The worst decision, ever. They are overbooked and under-manned.

Before the move friendly and informative. Quote was off by a mile, felt like movers upcharged on unnecessary packing products. Since the estimate was off by so much they did not complete the project causing us to pay for another day in our old home so we could rent uhauls to complete the project ourselves. I even called midway through to tell the manager that there was no way the estimate was going to cover what was needed. Estimate was fir 3.5 hrs loading and 3.5 hrs unloading l. 7 hours of loading and they still didn?t finish.

I would never recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage . 1. Three unmasked, unvaccinated movers were in and out of my home. One of which proceeded to be very unprofessional when told they would need to wear masks. They stated they only had one mask in the truck and I provided the movers with mask. 2. They did not properly wrap my large dresser, which was damaged on the top right top and edges. They did not wrap the dining table at all, which appeared to be much to heavy for two to carry, thus improperly resting it, before continuing to move it to the truck. 3. They billed me twice for the move, thus a great inconvenience for me until money returned to my account. 4. No care given to where they placed items. 5. Broke one lamp shade and two blades on a ceiling fan. 6. Left without notice. Just a few examples. Overall unprofessional, worst movers I have ever used. I let my grievances be know to management and rather than rectify the problems properly or fairly, they offered less than 10% of the cost of the move, which in no way would cover property damage or any inconveniences they causes.

Worst experience ever. Day workers. Furniture scratched and damaged. Stopped for lunch on way to storage facility while on the clock. Didn't wrap furniture as agreed. Careless, rude, disrespectful. I Called their manager to report their actions and was told that they were his best crew. Caveat Emptor!!

I was able to reach this company at the last minute, and they accommodated. Movers arrived ahead of schedule with materials to ensure my furniture and items were protected. I was provided detail regarding the entire process and projected costs, by Tony, whom was cognizant of the stress I was under with such a sudden move, to then come under budget! I highly recommend them, and will use them again! Thank you Allmysons! â­ ï¸

They took 10 hours to load and unload 750 sq feet of already boxed up items. I had to help them to get it done within this time frame.

Iâ ve moved several times and have never had a better experience, itâ s rare a full service mover can also move a piano but Ross and his team are worth 10 stars!!!! I would schedule them without thinking about it and would go so far as to say they could move my stuff without me being here

Bait and switch! I followed your recommendation for them, booked them, based on my details of the move needed. ALL THE DETAILS! I was quoted a price and scheduled the move, deposits included, but I never received the offer in writing (my error, it wont happen again) I was told, once scheduled, their system would not generate the quote, by customer service. Then, when the movers arrived, they had not gotten in the door, barely, before they exclaimed that this was NOT a two man job and certainly not for the time that they had been booked for. They had been misinformed, and I had been mislead. the movers, themselves were GREAT and got the job done, but what was supposed to be and what happened, were completely different. and their customer service team, was less than helpful. at one point I wanted them to just leave, and I would hire another Team, but was told that not only would my deposit not be refunded, but i would still be liable for their 2 hour minimum. their solution, was to increase the moving Team by additional movers and then the time would double as well. ALL of which was NOT in my budget, but I still had to have the move done, and I had been planning for over a month! this was NOT a last minute scheduling. VERY FRUSTRATING, and I will NOT EVER use or recommend them again.

BEWARE!!! ANY POSITIVE REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY MUST BE FAKE!!! I used this company to move about 3 rooms of furniture from Athens, GA to Greensboro, GA, about 50 minutes away. We were told it would be $199 an hour for three workers. When the movers arrived, we were told it would cost extra to wrap the furniture to prevent damage, when I ask how much, I was told I would have to wait until they were finished to find out. They sent two young men and a young lady who was very pleasant but physically incapable of lifting heavy objects, so I do not feel like we got what should have for hiring three workers. It took more than hours to load the truck. The trip to the destination should have taken 50 minutes, but the truck arrived more than 2 hours later after they stopped for lunch, which we were also charged for. When they arrived, I was told I had to pay the bill before they would unload the truck. They circled around me in a threatening manner and made it clear that I had to pay the bill. I knew what was happening so I did pay, but it was very upsetting, and I just wanted my things, and to get them out of my house. They completed the move with my help. Several items were damaged but again, I just wanted them gone. In the end, they *asked* me to fill out a survey which I did not and *asked* to take a picture of me giving a thumbs up which I told them I did not want to do, but they took it anyway, but I did not put my thumb up. Again, it felt threatening. I believe they know that this is coercive, but they try to get you to do it to say you were okay with the service. I signed the contract in 1 place, and the worker filled in all the boxes without letting me reading anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
