Description of Work: Changed our monitoring system from a previous company to Alarm Monitoring Service of Atlanta. It went very well. The technician was very knowledgeable, was familiar with the type of system we already had and was able to program it so that A.M.S.A. could begin providing us with monitoring service. The office representative was very knowledgeable about the procedures we'd need. The technician was able to give me information about how to change the information for the city's registration requirements. Everything went smoothly.

Description of Work: They were great about telling me how my alarm system works. I've also accidentally set it off a couple of times and they were extremely prompt to call my phone when the alarm went off. Great people to work with.
