Description of Work: Replaced the A/C unit. Cleaned all ducts vents thoroughly. All workers were very professional in their appearance and their speech. We originally had them out to just clean the evaporator coil but when we saw how old the unit was and the great price, service and warranty that was given we couldn't pass it up. Wonderful experience.

Description of Work: They cleaned one system of HVAC ducting and advised on a problem with a dryer vent. They were on time, cleaned up everything and did not try to sell us more than we bought thru a Big Deal from Angie's List. I will use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" on Angie's List for duct cleaning. I had just purchased the house and hadn't moved in yet so I left a key out for the workers. They callede when they were on the way over, when they arrived and left. I was very happy with the work that was performed. My only issue is that when the salesman contactede to arrange the appointment, he went into a hard upsell mode and was like that every time we spoke. This was a huge turnoff and because of it I will probably not use 5 Seasons Mechanical again.

Description of Work: A phone conversation with this vendor determined that their equipment was built for sturdy/fixed pipe duct work vs. flexible wire/foil pipe and as a result, they could not warrant that their equipment would not damage the ducts while beating the surface. No restitution or credit was offered.

Description of Work: It took about a week to get together on a time for him to come. Very good job and even had to replace a piece of dryer vent in my attic due to too much moisture in there, which was causing a blockage. I ran up to the hardware store and got the vent and he re-placed it for $20. Dryer works the best it ever has! Very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend the company.

+ -1 moreIt was Labor Day and we realized the air conditioning was not working. I called a couple of places asking about their holiday rates. My usual HVAC man didn't answer. 5 Seasons answered the phone when I called, and when they found I lived very nearby said they would waive the holiday service charge. He was there in fifteen minutes, diagnosed it as a bad capacitator and replaced it. It worked again. He pointed out that the unit was very dirty and overgrown with a bush. He cut them back and advised us to keep it clear. He also noted the unit needed cleaning and offered a very good deal on a two year maintenance contract. I accepted. The very next day a tech came out and cleaned and serviced the condenser. It is cooling so much better now! I'm very happy with the experience.
Description of Work: Fixed broken air conditioner condenser, cleared brush back from unit and offered a very attractive service contract.
