Fleming Concrete & Lawn Care

I hired Joe Flemming to extend my driveway. He came out and gave me an estimate on what I wanted done. It was inline with a previous quote and decided to use Joe since he was readily available. He did not do what I asked, did a sloppy job and built a ramp instead of a driveway. Even though he did not do what I asked, I paid the quoted price. I was having a difficult time maneuvering and called him to look at it. He came with an attitude then proceeded to explain his personal problem. We are all going through something these days, no right to be unprofessional. He agreed to try to make things right after bad whether pass. Called today to discuss HOA concern. Conversation turned into him talking over me and stating he is not going to talk to someone who does not know since he has been in the profession for some time. Light bulb moment: if I was a man, we would not be having this conversation. You would have done what you were told instead doing what you want. That was a rip off. Now you want me to call someone else to fix it after you got paid??? Right, that is the professional thing to do. Same on you for taking advantage of a single woman and I am sure I am not the only one. I would not recommend.

Work completed timely.

Experience was very good. Workers were professional and cleaned up the area afterwards. Highly recommend.

On a scale of one to 10, Flemming Concrete gets an eight. They lost points because they removed the forms before the concrete set and wet concrete was bursting out the sides. I didn't notice that until it cured. I imagine my sidewalk is weaker in that area now? I had them install a 110ft side walk. They rescheduled four times because of the weather or the concrete company. When they finally got to the site, you could tell they knew what they were doing because they were fast and precise. The helpers seemed like they were in a rush which may have been the reason they removed the forms too early. The helpers left a mess but Mr. Flemming returned to clean it up. I was pleased with their work and the cost was reasonable.

He was here when he said he would be to complete estimate, showed up on time and did an awesome job and cleaned up the job site. He was very fair in his pricing and he suggested a couple of issues that I should consider before the got more expensive to fix which we will complete next week. Donâ t look any further then this company as they are top notch and will complete the job in a timely manner at the highest level of perfection

Mr Fleming came to my home on the day and time he promised. He was very personable and professional. He took the time to understand the project. He did not try sell me on anything beyond I wanted. We agreed to a date that was two weeks out. I changed my mind about the date and called Mr Fleming expedite the project. He was able to accommodate my request. The crew arrived as scheduled. They reviewed what I wanted before any work started. As the crew worked I was impressed by their ability to overcome the conditions of the ground which was extremely hard and rocklike. They finished at the end of the day. To say I was pleased with the results is an understatement. I am already thinking about the next project. I would definitely recommend Fleming to anyone. The price was fair and there were no cost overruns.
