Randy assured me that the $85,000 budget I had established was adequate for all the projects that needed to be done and that she would keep me up to date if there was any need for additional funding. In the beginning she did tell me about improvements that she recommended that were not within the original budget and I either agreed or chose not to expend funds .During the remodeling of my master bathroom there was a flood onto my new hardwood floors in my livingroom which was immediately below the bathroom. Randy Hall agreed to pay $400 although the entire floor had to be redone and cost me $1200. The work in my bathroom was terrible. The workers placed the clean edge of the tile into the grout lefaving the rough uncut side visible without any sanding and the grout began to crack within 2 weeks of the work being done. Also the faucets in my sinks were off center and leaked. In addition Randy recommended a faux finish in my entry hall which I agreed to although I told her that I doubted whether it would be feasible since I had dogs. She assured me that there would be enough polyurethane to combat that problem. Wiithin a week the flloors were completely scratched. It was not just the dogs but the fact that the workers pushed the furniture acroos then newly finished floors thereby pulling the faux finish up .One of the projects included in the original budget was to have my livingroom freshened. While I was out of town because of the illness of a family memeber, Randy furnished my livingroom whithout consultation from me. Although I did not like what had been done, I was in a position that required me to sell the residence immediately. As soon as Randy discovered that my house was on the market she sent me sent me an additional invoice for more than $25,000 and placed a lien on my house. Because I needed to proceed with the sell I had to settle out of court. Don't let this happen to you. Read Ripoff.com to see other people's experience with her.
