Awesome experience. Billy was wonderful, friendly and explained the problem to me.

I was very happy.  Their prices were better than other people that I've called.  They did not under sized me as a woman that is why I am going back to them.  They have one personnel there since it is just a small automotive place but she is friendly.

Billy was very responsive and provide quality customer service.  Even though he was busy, he did take the time to answer all of our questions.  He provided a no pressure summary of recommended services for the mileage of the vehicle and let us pick what we felt was necessary and could afford.  He did not push any unneeded parts or services.  The service was much cheaper than the dealership and much faster.  In and out the same day, even with having to order out for specific OEM fluids.

After attempting to change my front brake pads and messing my back up, I had to find a local shop to do it.  I found Midway Auto Repair on Angie's List and gave them a try.  I'm glad I did.
I dropped my car off Thursday night so they could work on it Friday.  I received a prompt call Friday morning and was given an estimate for all the work to be done.  Friday afternoon, Billy called and said they were running behind on the work and would it be ok to finish it up on Saturday.  He even offered to pick me up and bring me to the shop.
Billy called me around 1:30 to tell me the work was done and said he was on the way to pick me up.  Granted, I only live about a mile and half from the shop, but this is still awesome customer service!
Billy gave me a run down of all the work done and explained the mechanical work.  I paid the bill and even got to use the 5% coupon from Angie's List!
I'm very satisfied with all the work done and the price I paid for it.  My wife's 2007 Solara now rides great and I'm looking forward to many more miles and better gas mileage.
I would highly recommend Midway Auto Repair.  I believe I have found a great, trustworthy shop that I can use from now on.

The first day that i went there the owner was the only one working there, trying to do everything (working on cars, greeting customers, taking phone calls,etc.). I returned the next day since they could not provide the oil change that  day.  I waited one hour and a half for my oil change.  During that time, he suggested i might have blown head gaskets and need engine repair because the low oil light went on even though i told him that it was because i needed an oil change. I watched as they lowered the vehicle off the lift really fast, causing my car to bounce when it hit the ground. I didnt think much about it until i started to drive home and noticed my steering wheel and car were shaking.  Additionally, he told me that my TPMS system was broken when i told him the signal on the two front tires were not working due to a recent tire change.  The TPMS was registering for the two back tires before i brought it in to him. Now none of them work.  Finally, they accidentally dropped the oil gun and spewed oil all over the front and side windshields as well as on the hood and inside the engine.  After they did a half a** attempt to clean it, i requested paper towels to finish cleaning the windows because i could not see out of them.  I refuse to return the vehicle there for them to see what they did to it.  I will now have to go to another repair shop and incur additional expenses to get my car back the way it was before i got the "oil change".

My wife and I have taken our cars to Midway Auto Repair since 2005.  I have always received prompt service and everything is taken care of to my satisfaction.  On the few times I have had an emergency (nail in tire, etc) they have always been able to squeeze me in and gone above and beyond.  Both our current cars have been serviced by Billy and Tony since they were purchased six years ago.  Two thumbs up!

When we first went moved into our home within the first week a neighbor told us that if we ever have any automotive repair needs to visit Midway Auto Repair because their service is terrific. We took that advice and have been going to Midway Auto Repair ever since. Imagine bringing your vehicle to an extremely knowledgeable technician that looks your car over each time you bring it in to make sure that everything is running smoothly, then makes sure to only do the work that is actually needed, and at an extremely fair rate.
Our latest trip had me believing that we needed to replace the brake pads and resurface the rotors. About an hour and half later, Billy called and let me know that the pads were in very good condition and had plenty of miles to go. He then let me know that there was some rotor warping and they just needed to be cut, aligned, and resurfaced. Then he proceeded to tell me something else about the car, which I did not bring it in for. I actually was bringing the car in to dealer to address this under warranty issue, but he addressed it with me without any prompting, and wanted me to be aware of it so that I would be certain to bring it in before the warranty coverage ended.
Quality service, outstanding pricing, and trust. That's Midway Auto Repair and their business is so much appreciated. To know that a car repair business is looking out for your from your safety to your wallet is something very reassuring today as nearly anyone you talk to has dealt with a car repair service company that has less than stellar ethics.

My sister-in-law drove down from Virginia for a conference and her air conditioner stopped working near the end of her trip. We were assuming the worse and a big bill.  I checked Angie's List for the closes (to me in Alpharetta) and best rated mechanic and decided on Midway Auto Repair. I brought the Honda Pilot to them on Thursday morning - explained the situation to Jenna Lee, in the office. She wrote down the information, asked questions and I left the car in her care. Jenna called a few hours later to tell us that the air conditioner was not broken - the refrigerant just needed to be re-charged.  Since their mechanics do a basic check of each car in their care, they informed us of multiple issues that needed to be addressed but these issues were non-urgent and could be followed up when she returned to VA.  They did note the battery was very low and we elected to replace it.  
Great customer service, very prompt and we picked the car up that afternoon.  I was very happy to find a auto repair place that I was comfortable with and close to my home.  Thanks to Jenna and the team at Midway Auto Repair!

To say I was overwhelmed would be a gross understatement. When my vehicle failed emissions testing an immense feeling of unease settled into my gut knowing that it was time to try to find a good, honest auto mechanic. Out of desperation I checked Angies List and when I read the reviews for Midway Auto I started to think they just may be exactly what I was looking for. From the first phone call to check on hours I was treated with professionalism and made to feel like a valued customer. It wasn't more than a couple of hours after I dropped off my vehicle that Jenna called with an explanation of what was found, their recommendations on how to proceed and a very reasonable estimate. I asked her to go ahead with the plan and was surprised when three hours later Jenna called again telling me that my car was not only repaired, but they had put it through the drive cycle to ready it for emission testing and also taken it to an emission center and had the test completed. In addition I now can rest assured knowing that I have found an excellent auto repair facility.

The experience  with Midway Auto Repair was perfect. They have great prices and the staff is friendly. They are trustworthy.

I dropped off my car with Midway on Friday and got it back on Monday.  Not only did they completely repair the leak I brought to them, they also tightened up a muffler that I didn't know was loose.  Great job, I was thoroughly pleased!

Took our suburban in due to check engine light indicator. We were leaving for along time and they took us right in and done a diagnosis and repair within a few hours.

I felt very comfortable with them and their work.  Their price was better than the place where I had originally planned to take it.  I will definitely be taking my car to them in the future.  I feel like this is a trustworthy and credible business with good prices and great people.

They were honest and up front with us before doing work on our cars. I was extremely impressed. The prices were amazing and they did phenomenal work! They quickly got us in and out and back on the road.

My husband’s Dodge Ram needed some work done on the rear end which was covered by our extended warranty we purchased from the truck dealer.  Midway was able to perform the repairs and bill the warranty company.  We only had to pay our deductible as agreed in the warranty.  The staff at Midway was very helpful to make the arrangements with the warranty company and the entire repair was completed in a timely manner.  I would recommend Midway for routine maintenance and any other repairs.

The owner is fantastic. I have used their business for 6 years. His prices are very reasonable. I will definitely continue using them for my vehicle.
