They were very professional. I am very pleased with their work. I appreciate the detail in the work. They custom made two doors to the deck and made the doors really look like the rest of the porch. Their detailed approach makes the area look bigger. They tied it all in very well.

Our experience with Innovative was a pleasure. From Pete's initial visit with great ideas and pictures, to the implementation by Dominic and his crew. Dominic is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. The quality of the work was excellent and every time we asked for a refinement of our original plan, Dominic was patient, positive and ready to make the changes requested. This is a contractor that always did what was best for the structure and look of the deck. No shortcuts on anything. Quality service, price and product!

Frank Fore who did the initial estimate provided many good ideas--he has obviously been in the business quite a while. Likewise their work crews. They definitely knew what they were doing and provided extra touches that were not in the original work plan. The crew even came on the weekend to finish the roof and shingling when it looked like rain. Frank and the front office provide appropriate supervision and periodically checked with me on my approval of the progress. We are very pleased with the result. This group may not be the cheapest around, but they provide top quality work which is well worth the money. I would highly recommend them.

The Crew came out and completed 90% of the work in the first 3-4 days. We then had to wait approximately 2-3 weeks to finish while I got the painter to complete his work. Crew was then back promptly to finish screening and finish work. Alex is an excellent carpenter and a very hard working person. Pete (sales) is very helpful and patient. This was an excellent company with which to work.

The finished product is great. However, the service we received was not. I called because I found them on Angie's List. When the lady answered the phone she said I am in a meeting you will need to call back. The owner came to give me the estimate and stated he wished it was higher because it is a lot of work to send someone out here for such a little job. My money spends just as well as the bigger jobs. Two men came out to do the work which I had been told would be a one day project. They were here all day and said they would finish the next morning. They came Friday for about an hour and then needed to run to Home Depot. We got home at 9 that evening and they had not come back nor had we received a phone call. Tools, wood, and sweatshirts were laying all over the yard. Called, no answer. They showed up Saturday to finish. The office called us back Monday since they do not check messages on the weekend. They wanted to know if the job was done. Not real concerned about what happened.

Superior from the 1st phone call, through the estimate and analysis, then the actual building. I would definitely hire them again.

They did an excellent job. This is an established company that is highly reliable, honest and which generates a high quality product. The design and workmanship that they provided was first-rate. They clearly indicated what they would do, and then did it quickly, within budget and with high quality. Highly recommended.

Pete and his crew (especially Dominic) are outstanding. They were extremely patient in dealing with the city, and created a porch design, that is in keeping with the historic character of our house. I am less sanguine about the city of Atlanta and recommend avoiding the permit process, as much as possible.

Frank came out to give me an estimate. He didn't want to accept a deposit until the day the work actually started (as opposed to other companies that want a deposit days or weeks before work is started). He selected the wood and his team arrived on time and completed the work in two days. The deck looks very good. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The crew was on time, professional, and extremely hardworking. We were amazed at their efficiency and teamwork to produce a beautiful deck project within a few days. The deck is well designed to enhance the front exterior of our house, as well as eliminate any steps between the driveway and front entrance. The staff was attentive and responsive to everything we asked, and crew members returned to finish up small items of the project, each time cleaning up construction areas thoroughly.

Innovative wood-works did a fantastic job; the porch and deck was completed in about a week and the workmanship is absolutely superb. Everything was hand-cut on site and built by a crew of three who could only be considered artisans, in my book. My wife and I are extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone desiring to have quality work done on their home. The deck on our home has added a whole new dimension to our living and entertaining space, and kudos to Frank, the owner, and his most excellent crew headed by Mike. Thank you so much!

Very friendly and courteous. Showed up on time, when they said they would. Work completed on time. There were a few small issues in the construction; however, when brought to their attention they were fixed immediately.

They cleaned up really well and were very nice.

From the moment I contacted Lynette the process was very professional. Without my asking she sent all the Liability Insurance info, details of materials, references and samples of previous work. The crew was very good. Not only was the deck installed to code, but they showed excellent problem solving skills. A few weeks after the completion some minor issues popped up. Innovative took care of them with no hassle. In addition, the sales rep Pete did a great job pricing and making recommendations on how the deck should look.

HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK, THEN WENT OVER AGAIN EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED TO DO. HE EVEN ''THREW IN'' SOME IMPROVEMENT WORK WITHOUT CHARGE. THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME UNDER THE DIRECTION OF DOMINIC MCGRATH. THIS CREW WORKED VERY EXPERTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THE WORK REFLECTS THEIR CRAFTSMANSHIP, AND THEIR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE. WE ARE MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE BY INNOVATIVE WOODWORKS.

INNOVATIVE WAS WITHOUT QUESTION THE BEST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER HIRED. THEY STARTED EARLY, FINISHED EARLY AND CAME IN UNDER BUDGET. THE WORK WAS GREAT. THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A SECOND.
