The move was very smooth!

These guys are outstanding. They were on time, efficient and very professional. All that and the price was right! Will definitely use their services again should the need arise.

The guys were wonderful, fast and careful. They reduced so much stress! Worth every penny.

They didn't come prepared or with the number of men promised! They were on their phones but yet in a hurry! Kinda rough handling stuff and not sure we won't find damage when we unpack! But the lead guy was super nice and did a couple extra things I asked!

Aden and Elijah were terrific! They met me at my my old house and uninstalled my old refrigerator; they then installed my garage refrigerator in the kitchen. We then drove to my new house where they installed my refrigerator in my new home.. A great team! Could not be happier.. Also, Jason, in sales, set up the pricing and delivery program. Thank you to the whole team.

We were severely underquoted in how long the project would take resulting in twice the cost in the end. The movers forgot their tools and we had to borrow tools from maintenance. We also ended up disassembling and reassembling our bed ourselves despite being told it would be covered. Even with bringing half our stuff to the loading dock for the movers, they took forever. Did not even hook our couch together or put all our boxes or furniture in the correct rooms.

On time and organized

Matt, Tommy, Tim and Bobby did a great job. They responded well to my requests and were generally easy to work with. The company did not get 5 stars because they did not unload me on the scheduled day. However they did put me up in a hotel at their cost.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Best Deal Movers. They miscalculated my move and one of the team called out with car trouble. They were not able to complete my move in one day and could not make a 2nd trip because they said they had another move scheduled after mine. The 2nd crew completed my move two days later, but I still have to go back and retrieve a few items. And Best Deal Movers billed it as a brand-new move, versus a continuation of the first. The whole thing cost me a fortune. Overall it was a very bad experience... moving is stressful enough - this made it so much worse. I recommend you: A) read their BBB rating and complaints (which I wish I had done first) B) hire a different moving company. These folks just do not have it together - and do not get me started on Jackie at the main office. Terrible customer service. Just terrible.

I have to give a huge shout out to Best Deal Movers LLC for taking such good care of me on Saturday. Moving is never easy but Matt, Leo, Bobby and Aden made it feel like a walk in the park. They were careful, efficient and very respectful of me and my property. These guys knocked it out of the park!!!

When the workers arrived they went immediately to work and kept at it until the job was done

This company did a great job communicating Before and after. The 2 men were fantastic. We moved most of the stuff and will move the rest with them when the home sells.

These movers were awesome. There were some large pieces of furniture that had to be moved into some tight spaces and these guys stuck with and got everything where it needed to be. They were professional and polite the entire time. The price we were charged was fair and worth every penny. I plan to hire them again in a few weeks for another family move.

The crew left one of the railings of my king-sized bed in the storage unit. So I am unable to put my bed together and we have to sleep on the floor. Your crew told me that they did not see it during their walkthrough, but the store manager called me today to advise that an item was left in the unit (a big wooden oak railing) hard to miss by any stretch of the imagination. I am very disappointed with the service. I paid based on a lie I was told concerning my bed. I believed your crew and paid the bill as charged, along with a nice gratuity. However, I badly want this made right. My friend picked up the bed rail driving his truck from Gainesville to Alpharetta and then to me here in Stone Mountain. So I contacted Best Deal movers, who were pretty responsive before they got my money, left messages, sent emails then finally I received an email from someone named Jackie. She stated that she was sending me a claim. Forms to fill out. I asked if these forms could be completed online as I am partially blind and cannot fill out printed forms. She stated no, they must be printed, signed and returned. I told her that your guys lied and that is why I am in this position. She said then we will refund the gratuity. They did sloppy work. But it must be made right. And a small refund will not do it. I will discuss my options with my bank. They did not honor their agreement with me. Not impressed and will not use or recommend you. I will be posting my experience with Best Deal Movers every chance I get. I have no confidence in them. Moreover, I have no respect for them or their crew. More to come, this must be amicably resolved.

The team was professional and quick. My job was a small one, but none the less they handled everything with care and I was very please with the work. I will use them again when we move offices again.
