This was the weirdest experience I've ever had with a company/service I've hired. The salesmen called me repeatedly over 2 weeks until they had bid the price down for our move to well below the next best quote. So I elected to go with them and cancel the other movers (big mistake). They were scheduled to arrive at our apartment at 8:30 AM on a Saturday. I got a call at 9:30 AM that they would not be arriving until later that afternoon. Then at 4:50 PM, I received a call from one of their drivers saying he was on the way. When their crew arrived at my apartment, the driver got into an argument with one of my neighbors about where he should park the truck. The two started screaming and swearing at each other and then the driver drove off without ever stepping foot into my apartment. So my wife and I had to rent a Uhaul and ask my in-laws to drive up to help us move what we could on our own. Thankfully, the owner/manager called me on Monday and offered to help move the remaining furniture free of charge. I really appreciated this...but then they failed to show up on time and I had to burn a whole day of work waiting for them to arrive. Jackie in the office promised repeatedly that they would be there first thing in the morning, and then I had to call her three times throughout the day to find out where the crew was. I know good help is hard to find, but this whole saga was ridiculous.

Patrick, Earnest and Dennis did a great job. I appreciate their hard work and commitment to a job well done. I would recommend them to my friends who need a moving service.

Patrick and Arthur from Best Deal Movers were extremely professional and efficient. They went straight to work as soon as they arrived. They were very careful with fragile boxes and finished before the deadline. They even took the trash away! Communication was great. I have never dealt with such professional movers. I highly recommend Arthur and Patrick.

The guys were very professional. They were on time and handled my furniture with care.

Had a wonderful experience with our movers Anthony and Nate. Not only did they perform the job within a timely and efficient manner, they also took the time to really showcase what customer service was all about. We had a few hiccups along the way, mostly due to other services I had to rely on, and Anthony and Nate made the transition as smooth as possible, despite other services completely disregarding me. I was literally dumped in an unrecognizable location by Uber. The team didnâ t have to help me, but they managed to assist me within the means of code and regulations. All my items where effectively stored properly and with ease. Donâ t hesitate to use these guys. They really are out for your best interest.
