My experience has been a nightmare since my scheduled move date of September 19th 2023. They will tell you whatever you need to hear to earn your business but truth is... They don't treat their employees fairly, so many of them quit! The turn around is constant. They met me where the 2 20ft pods had my items securely packed. I watched and coached them to handle certain items with care. Everything that came out of the pods were present and nothing was missing or broken . Well later that day after my items were packed into their trucks a driver quit causing them to push my Initial delivery to my address back 3 days. On the day they were supposed to deliver my items their operations manager William Bullard was extremely rude and unprofessional. He lied to me about having both trucks delivered stating I had to make the remaining payment of $3,605.00 and that they had to repack the truck and use expensive boxes that incurred a $672 charge. I explained that this should have been brought to my attention prior because I don't have any extra money. He stated after explaining that the quote of $3,700 was for the 2 20ft pods and 1 10x10 storage unit... I cancelled the 10x10storage unit and was told I would get an adjustment to the bill. I never received an adjustment so he said fine the trucks would be delivered that day ... I made the final payment and William B allowed the movers to start unloading. I was told in the contract that 3 movers and 2 trucks would be what I am paying for. They only sent 2 men andy entire family helped for hours to unload the truck ( my cameras caught it all) once we finished unloading I received a text from William Bullard stating the second truck had not left and will not arrive until I pay the additional $672.00 . J had to call the next day and speak to a different manager that promised he would look over all the information and get back to me later. He did honor his word and scheduled the 2nd trick to arrive the following week. When the 2nd truck arrived... There were only 2 men again and they came after9 pm . It was extremely dark outside. I never signed off on the second truck because many items were missing and broken. I called the next morning and was told a claim form would be sent and to make sure I thoroughly go through things because it can only be submitted once. I submitted the claim for with pictures and a week or so later received an email denying the claim stating that my items were previously packed in storage containers that they didn't pack and they don't know who had access to it so their company is not liable for my missing and damaged items. I have witnesses stating that my items were all present and nothing was broken on September 19th when they initially removed everything from the 2 pods and packed them onto their trucks. These witnesses are the 2 guys that previously worked for them and moved my items that day. This company is Horrible please save yourself money and peace of mind and choose another company to move your items or rent a truck yourself and move it yourself if it's possible. This ordeal has been a nightmare for my family and me and I just want them to replace my missing and damaged items.

Honest review and it's ONLY for my crew that i absolutely loved, thank you Will ,Lou and Brian. 5 stars are only for you guys, and definitely not for the office who had 3 people lying to me the whole day of my moving day, who sent the crew only the day after and by 5.30 pm!!!! Messed up a lot of things for me, including taking off work days and getting me in trouble with my apt complex.

The quoted price was 705.00 for three hours. I paid a 100.00 deposit. The move took 3 hrs and 3 minutes. They kept the 100.00 deposit and charged 705.00 on my credit card. I contacted them and they said since the move was 3 minutes over three hours the 100.00 was the additional charge.

Started very late and ended early the next day. The move took 2 days. The office overbooked them and was understaffed. The crew was great at moving my stuff with an awesome attitude, given the circumstances.

My mover, Steven Dumas, was the best!! He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and made my move the easiest. His team was fast, and so very respectful and kind. I recommend his crew to anyone that is planning a stressful move.
