A bad decision , highly unprofessional team .

This moving company is great. I wouldnâ t think of using anyone else in future for any moving job. Great price and no hidden cost. All four guys were Professional Movers in my opinion. I would recommend them to everyone. The estimated quote and truck size as well as the number of movers needed were exactly on spot. Scott and Michael from the office was great as well. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Complete unprincipled of a moving company. Damaged floors and furniture, I feel items were taken from our house during the move. Tired to contact them multiple times with no response, and then tried to overcharge me for services. Completely unreliable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional.

I m so glad our realtor recommended this company for our local home move. We couldn t be happier with all aspects of our move. Everything was well orchestrated and worked perfectly. Even the thunderstorm held off until we were finished! The crew was polite and professional. I hope we never move again but if we do, Best Deal Movers will get our business.

The crew worked very hard and fast; however, they chipped a lot of furniture, walls, and floor. I asked them to put *sliders* underneath one piece of heavy furniture, which they did not do.

I had used Best Deal Movers 3 years ago and was satisfied enough that I decided to use them again. I had noticed some bad reviews saying how they jack up your final price after a lower quote. Bingo, that s exactly what happened to me, an increase of over $200. Plus I had arranged for a 8-10:30 am move thru Ashley but the dispatcher Brandon called me telling me a truck broke down and I was now scheduled for after 3 pm! Movers arrived at 3:45, I was their 3rd stop of the day and they were already exhausted. It took them longer due to some rain and being tired. They finished close to 9:00 pm and the movers were awesome. The problem is with Ashley and Brandon, who BS d me on the truck being broke, and pushing back my move half a day. The reason I wanted the am move was for the movers to be fresh, not exhausted after working all day! When I called them to ask about my bill, they ignored my calls until I finally got Ashton. He proceeded to say the extra $ we re because the move took so long! I had no other pieces moved then was quoted but because THEY overbooked and pushed THEIR movers, I had to pay the consequences. I asked them to do the right thing and refund my money. I gave them from Tuesday till Friday do contact me over their decision. Well... it s the following week now and they didn t care to call me, contact me or refund me anything. They didn t care about me as a customer so SCREW THEM. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY! They will overcharge you from the quote!

Damaged my furniture. Charged my card without my permission. Never hired this company.

I got a quote from Best Deal Movers for 6 hours and 3 movers with an estimate of $1400. We had a lot more stuff. One of the movers did subpar work and walked off the job. The other one was young and it was his first time on the job. By the time they got done it was very late.The manager charged us $3300! I tried to resolve the issue regarding the movers they provided but they ignored it. I requested the owner s contact not but they wouldn t provide it. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Great customer service; fast efficient movers. No nickel and diming of costs. Movers arrived on time, and completed the move in a timely fashion. Would hire again.

Russell, Elijah and the driver forgot his name sorry! They were very careful, cordial very professional. Our moving was not an easy move but these guys tackle the job head on. Very greatful for their hardwork and support! God Bless! Great company.

It was a weekend emergency, I spoke to Mary and she had Aaron and Ashton call me back and arranged to move a very big, heavy expensive bar cabinet (7.5 tall by 4.4 wide), and a sofa on a Saturday. They did an INCREDIBLE job! - very PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS & on BUDGET. The prior owners were so impressed and asked for a card if they ever needed a mover. I have referred to several friends already and know that this family-run business will ABSOLUTELY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. I cannot rave enough about how good they are.

Moving can be expensive. So to save money, I moved all the small and medium-sized items myself. I wanted a company that could move the big-item pieces in the least amount of time - though still a tad bit pricey, I prepared for it. The guys were extremely professional and friendly. There was one mishap that occurred which I'm hoping can be repaired. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work done. Thanks guys!!!

DO NOT USE - not only did we had an awful move experience, when we flagged our concerns we got radio silence from the higher ups. During the move things got broken, there was a ton of stuff that was just left in the old location, THEY LEFT THEIR TRASH ALL THROUGHOUT THE OLD HOUSE, and the process was incredibly disorganized (they didn't label boxes so didn't know where to leave them in the new house). Moving is hard enough, don't go with a crap company.

I called these guys up for a last minute move when our closing date changed and the movers I had previously couldn't accommodate the change. They were able to get us moved within the estimate they provided. The two guys that came out were very friendly and professional and didn't waste any time at all. They were very careful with all our home goods and put everything where we wanted. I would not hesitate to use the guys again and recommend them to anyone looking for movers. They also called ans asked if it was ok for them to send me a review link before sending it. I really appreciated them doing so.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! Aaron, the salesman who came to give us our estimate and ultimately convince us to go with Best Deal Movers, is not honest. We agreed to a 4 man crew, with 2 trucks, and an 8-hour move.....what we got was a 3 man crew, 1 working truck, the other truck could not make it up our driveway and did not have working lights, and a total of a 12-hour move. All of these mistakes on the companys behalf cost us, the customer, over $800!!! Now, we can not get a manager to call us back. Do not be fooled by Best Deal Movers. They have zero customer service and are not willing to take ownership of the additional 4 hours their mistakes cost us. Do yourself a favor and do not be fooled by their all talk, no action policy.

Extremely professional and hard working!

I hired this company for a 4 bedroom home move that was local. They had GREAT PRICING to start! I was given all needed information upfront and even recommendations to help the move go smooth and fast! They sent 2 trucks and 4 men to move my home in one trip. When the crew arrived they were very professional and made time to take extra care of my belongings. I have only GREAT THINGS to say about this company!!! I would highly recommend Best Deal Movers to all my friends and family! A+++ Company here!

Best Deal Movers is the best company I have ever used to move, and I have moved many times. Those guys didnâ t break anything, were super careful with our belongings and new home, and moved faster than any movers I have ever seen in my life. They were friendly and personable. If we ever move again, they are the only company I will call.
