I would never do it again and will make sure everyone knows that HomeAdvisor should remove them from the list of professional. I trusted HomeAdvisor so I did not dig as deep as I should have with this choice.

These were awesome movers!! So helpful, patient, careful, and thorough. I had to have them make many different stops to pick up furniture from different places, and they were just so great about all of it!! Will definitely hire them again for all my future moving needs.

It was a horrible experience for many broken objects. Was told I will receive a claim form not to this day nothing. Some items hand did down from to generation. MY bed was put up the wrong l a hard time fixing. I gave both fifty dollars tips. oh! the brand new lawnmower was left l outside for a period of time. I realize it two later was stunned. I have too many things to think about l thought they were reliable.

The crew boss quit working when only half of our stuff had been moved into our new home. He was upset at the way the other two crew members were working, so he showed his frustration, he explained, by completely refusing to work himself, even though I pleading with him to help finish the job. I am one year out of total knee replacement surgery. I did not want to do a lot of this moving work, but I had to because the crew boss ?went on strike.? The crew also damaged some of our things, and the company only offered around $30 compensation due to their formula for the cost of repair and our deductible. They gave us $100 for the crew boss going on strike, which was entirely inadequate compensation considering that it was a $2,000 job and it caused a great deal of hardship on moving day. I had to beg one of the movers to help me re-assemble our king size bed because the crew boss, who was on strike, was fussing at him to hurry up and leave - even though this was their job to do. To top it off, the workers they had sent were too small to carry our sleeper sofas up one flight of straight stairs, so they had to send another crew out the next day to do that. I would never hire this company again. They cannot necessarily help what decisions crew members make on moving day, but they could give adequate compensation when one of their crews completely fails to fulfill their contractual agreement. This was a total disregard for the well-being of the customer.

Showed up several hours late. Made no apology, but discounted; travel fee Appeared to be inexperienced. Did not properly wrap all furniture. Damaged floor sliding furniture over hardwood even after we pointed out blankets available to protect floors.

Quality !!!!!PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! We hired Best Deal Movers as we received their name from our Real Estate Agent and thought they were a reputable company but they are not!!!!! When I first contacted them the salesman quoted me for the move and directed me toward an insurance plan that was by the pound. And continued to contact me over the next few days to sign it. In all honesty I went with his recommendation. Big mistake. We had lived in the same house for 14 years and bought a house 18 minutes away. First of all they had an 18 year old in charge of the crew and our personal property. I am in the design industry and believe that you should invest in quality pieces, and I did. The lack of care they showed our personal property was truly mind-boggling. When they brought our mattress in they leaned it up against a wall light and it caught on FIRE (the workers thought it was pretty funny). There went a $2000. mattress that was less than 2 years old. A canopy bed from a luxury retailer looked like the pieces had been dragged behind the truck. A $2500 buffet was thrown on its side in our garage and they pushed it along the concrete floor scraping the entire side of the buffet. And the list goes on, an antique table leaf ruined. A new desk has a huge gouge in the leg. I filed a claim for almost $6000. although a large portion of our items had scrapes, dents or chips. We HAD nice furniture before Best Deal Movers and their negligence was beyond comprehension. How our items were treated was HEARTBREAKING. We have worked hard for our things and I thought they would last forever, but Best Deal Movers converted our personal property into junk. And there wasnt any call from Management to apologize just a letter stating because of the insurance we chose we would be reimbursed $114. No wonder they pressure you into choosing lesser insurance if they put in claims like ours over time they would get cancelled by an insurance company. And I know Im not alone in what they have done to customers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY. We had to hire an attorney please dont let this be you. And Jackie the office person is truly the WORST!!!!!

I have never had such an awful experience working with this company. Unprofessional, broke several items, I signed an estimate and total cost was almost double the estimate and they threatened to keep some of my stuff still on their truck if I did not pay them the entire amount. They started at 12:45 pm and did not finish until 1:00am. Being a senior citizen, I became frightened of them and just wanted them to leave! They are not members of the BBB, but many complaints have been issued under their name.

They were very professional

I was contracted to get 3 movers and only got 2 very young inexperienced movers. They did not cover furniture that should have been covered resulting in damage to multiple pieces of furniture including scratches, chipping and pressure dents in the wood. Due to the lack of help, wood on stair case was also damaged. The two young men worked hard and fast and were very courteous however I believe the job was too big for the two of them. The company did adjust the price of the move for 2 guys. The overall price was reasonable. I guess the best way to describe this company is "you get what you pay for!" I am now going to submit a damage report and see how that turns out,

Very professional. No time wasted. No damage. They wrapped all the furniture and unwrapped when placed at new house. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Their crew leader was excellent but most of the rest were not overly experienced and one fellow sat in the truck the whole time

The Guys were on time and very friendly. Not that careful with boxes, scuffs on walls said would remove, did not. Also, cracked the cement on the front porch of our new home did not admit to this.

Robert and his crew were great! They moved us from Roswell, GA to Evans, GA and it was a very long day for everyone! They started loading at about 10 a.m. and did not finish unloading at our new house until 11 p.m. These guys barely stopped for breaks so I ran out and got them lunch and then dinner. I would highly recommend this company. They quoted one price and stood by it. I did have a few pieces of furniture scratched up and am waiting to hear back on the insurance claim, but other then that, i would highly recommend this company

They were extremely professional, were super nice and were moving at an excellent pace. Their quote for price and time were very accurate and actually saved us money in the long run! I would highly recommend these guys for my next move. Don’t go to other movers as these guys care about making sure your stuff isn’t damaged

Professional, kind, and patient

They were very professional, on time and less expensive than their competitors. They had great solutions that saved money and they made me feel very confident about hiring them. If I ever move again, they will be at the top of the list.

The move in appoint was for set between 9:00 AM and !0:00AM. They never showed up until 2:30PM with no calls to inform us. The office kept saying they got a late start and had to load the truck. When they got here, they damaged two walls of a brand new house and the rain gutter outside. They broke 2 dining room chairs. Many glassware and dinnerware was broke. This was in December and here we are at the end of March nd I have yet to hear from them on my claim. I would not recommend them

On time and solid service

We've used Best Deal Movers three times in the past five years. Patrick did an excellent job quoting, scheduling, and following up. Nick, Will, Pierce, and the rest of the crew were on time, wrapped furniture and worked very hard throughout the day. I recommend using this company.
