They are on time and very courteous. We have hired them several times. There were a couple of items that were damaged but they took care of it immediately.

Unprofessional, total disregard for paying clients' possessions. I requested for Best Deal to pack, and the packing was sloppy and the two movers left items behind I specifically asked to be packed. Utensils were thrown into a box unwrapped, my stereo system was not boxed, boxes were not taped up and items fell out. My zipper was broken on my suitcase. I was extremely dissappointed.

Vinnie, EJ and Brandon coordinated my in town move. They were professional courteous and timely. I would highly recommend Best Deal Movers, LLC for a quality move.

Best Deal was the only mover that offered suggestions to reduce my costs. All others simply said this is the quote - take it or leave it. Best Deal earned my business by taking the time to review all available options. The crew that came out only took breaks when I insisted (hot day) and they finished the move two hours less than estimated. Coming in under budget and with the suggestions they offered saved me over $2500. Can't recommend them any stronger.

Did a great job for us. Moved a large 6 bedroom home to a smaller house on a local move. Movers were not only courteous, but also very professional and moved us without a problem. They were very mindful of floors, padding, etc. Did not have any damages or accidents on this move. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them when we move again.

From the beginning, I felt comfortable dealing with everyone at Best Deal Movers. Brandon, my initial contact, was engaging and informative. Marlon and Anthony,our movers, were prompt,professional,careful, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for moving assistance.

Very professional and on time

Mover were on time but there was a couple of problems. One mover had a wad of tobacco in his cheek and and spit cup which was disgusting. The second mover attempted to bring my washer down a flight of steps alone and the washer got stuck in the hallway and then they scraped up the wall moving it. Also when they disconnected the washer they left a large puddle of water on the floor. I didn't know this until I they left and I went into the laundry room and saw the mess.

They turned up on time, worked hard from start to finish and provided all the service we needed.

The gentlemen worked hard and quickly in the 2 hr time frame. They carefully secured all items moved, and in spite of the rainy weather did extremely well. I will call on them again if needed.

They were the BEST local movers we have ever used. They were on time, professional, and not one item was scratched or damaged. We will be using them again in a few months when our daughter’s townhome is finished. Such a great group of workers. You will not be disappointed!!!

2 guys arrived, one guy was very slow the other guy was working fast and wanted to get the job done. Seems the other guy wanted to milk the project a little. I purchased pizza and drinks so they would not take a lunch on my dime. Kept them motivated and organized so the job went smooth. Overall they did a great job. I would recommend them just keep an eye on them and keep pointing at things to move.

I found Best Deal through HomeAdvisor. Brandon contacted me. I was explicit I was on a time restraint because my son was graduating from high school. Brandon told me 1230-1:00pm. He never mentioned a window of time. The driver finally called and said 4-4:30pm. I called the manager to cancel, I could not wait around for these people because I had evening graduation celebrations. Jeff the manager said sorry, no refund. He basically called me a liar about the window of time without actually doing so. He was very uncaring; this company only cares about the money they get, not the service they provide. I would never recommend this company. Jeff is a nasty man. Surely not the type of manager most companies would want in place.

Some breakage and an antique rocker left outside in the rain.

The company's representatives were courteous, on time and quick to follow the direction given. This was a small inhouse movement. The only issue I had was the disconnect between what they said they would accept for payment and what they accepted for payment. I was told they would accept a check when they would accept only a credit card for payment. Other than that the service they provided was perfect.
