Couldn't have been more smooth. They put down blankets in the areas they brought the giant hose that blows in the insulation and were way more careful than I would have been in my own house. My office door (I work from home) is 7 feet from the hallway where 3 guys were up & down a ladder with equipment and they were quiet while I worked or was on phone calls - no intrusions. It took maybe an hour!! When they were finished there was not one puff of insulation on the floor. They were clean, professional and thorough. Plus I got a tax credit, a no settle guarantee and a 36 month payback guarantee that if I don't make my money back in that time frame they will pay the difference. I am well on my way to having it paid for so I'm HAPPY! Plus, they were just nice.

Aladdin came out within 3 days to perform the work. Two guys showed up on time, they completed the work within the time frame I was given in the estimate, were very professional, and they cleaned up after they were done. From start to finish I was very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I am also very pleased with how much cooler our home is and that the air conditioner isn't running 24/7 anymore. Can't wait to see the difference in my electric bill!

The sales representative came to my home within two days of my original call. He took the measurments and prepared a written proposal. He provided an introduction booklet on the company with complete details of the services they offer, their guarantee, a copy of their business license, state license and insurance certificate. The sales representative was very professional, knowlegable of the company, their history, work performance and warranty. The installation was done within 3 working days from the day I called and told them I wanted to have the work done. The installers were very professional. They explained what they were going to do from start to finish. The work was done in a timely manner and they did a great job of cleaning up after they finished. They went over the warranty and provided me with a completion certificate. I was very pleased with the companies performance from start to finish.

As I stated above, before Aladdin came out I had already hired a contractor for work without a consultation. After Aladdin, i tried changing the other contractors service call to a consult call. Unfortunately he didn't get the message. Aladdin's presentation and warranty program was so much better I would have definitely chosen them and will refer them in the future.
