The provider was repeatedly lying. He told us that we would have ready mixed concrete which did not happened. And he lied about the reason why? When we started the project, he told us he finished in a week and when I say a week in five working days. They started ion Monday, he said they would be finished by Friday. Two weeks later, the project still was not finished and no one was showing. And after repeated phone calls, he kept telling me that someone would be here. And then they still never appeared to do any work. When it was apparently that we were being lied and scammed, then we did a background check,. The owners name is Julio Jaramillo. We found that he had reviews of scamming many other people. Even to the point that he took money and never showed again. He also scammed his employees because there were reviews from the employees that he never paid them. We also found that he was convicted at Larceny Jail. He gave us a certificate of insurance that was fraudulent. I verified that with insurance company. There have been many so many things I've been trying to remember. And bottom line, in our opinion, he is the most unethical contractor we have ever dealt with and really it should not be on Angie's approved list.
