CRITTER CAPTURE NUISANCE WILDLIFE CONTROL

Description of Work: Removed bats from attic and decontaminated area. Removed and replaced damaged screening to prevent reentry of bats. Company was onsite within 2 hours of my call and performed all work immediately. It doesn't get any better than this.

Description of Work: Scott Fretz, the owner of Critter Capture, conducted a comprehensive evaluation of our pest problem (we noticed rat droppings in our attic) - he lifted all of the attic insulation searching for nests and searched the entire perimeter and floor for possible openings from the outside and possible paths from our crawl space. He identified the route taken by the pests, permanently sealed the openings and set traps. He then returned every day for nearly a week to ensure any and all pests were removed. Fortunately there were no nests and the droppings turned out to have been left by a 'visiting' pest who had not yet set up a nest. He did remove pests from the crawl space with live traps. All this for much less money than other pest control companies wanted. We had received two other estimates - one for $600 and another for over $1000, And both of the other company representatives suggested we had a 'serious problem' and 'should spend another $800' to seal all openings around our roof line. We found Mr. Fretz to be competent, honest and extremely effective. I will never call anyone else should I need pest control of any kind. We later found out that Critter Capture is experienced in trapping everything from coyotes to bats to mice.
