The plumber shows up, advises I buy a new toilet since I have to remove the toilet to remove the clog. I schedule an appointment for the next day and buy a toilet. The dude never shows up and no phone call. Hired someone else to do yhe job.

They are liars. They took my property items, an entertainment system, and a few remote control cars and robots. These belong to my 6-year-old son, and these plumbers work in teams, as two come over for a one-person job, and while one distracts you, the other takes your belongings. They are not to be trusted. If you hire these men, please watch them and do not let them be alone on the job. They will try to take your things.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with Holland Plumbing after we hired them to repair a leak to our master bathroom tub. Joey came out to "fix" the problem and charged us an astronomical amount and DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. The line was leaking in two places and he only repaired one location. After calling to ask them to come complete the work, we were told they would arrive Monday morning. After a no show the entire day, we contacted Ricky, the manager. He told us he would call by day's end to let us know a reschedule time and he has yet to call. Holland Plumbing is a group of untimely, unprofessional, workers who do not complete the job. I advise HIGHLY against not using this company.

Clemente came out to check my gas valve after a dryer installer said that it had mold and was leaking when he shut it off to install a new dryer. He suggested I call a plumber to fix it. After checking it Clemente said that the gas valve was fine and had no mold and no leak. At that point I could have called Lowe’s back to have them come back out and install the new dryer at no cost but I decided to trust the licensed plumber with the task instead. He was courteous and knowledgeable and finished in no time at all.

Irrigation guys broke a gas line to our front yard lanterns. The first company we called quoted us an outrageous amount and wanted to do a little more work than what was needed, so I went on Angis List and I received a call from Ricky in about 1 minute. He had Clement come out the next day at noon (he was 10 minutes early. That’s always good in my book) and finished the job promptly. If anyone is ever in need of Plumbing or gas repair, I would highly recommend giving these Pros a call. Thanks again guys! You all will definitely be my first call if I’m ever in need in the future.

This company should not charge money for any work that was not done, also if there is a fee to come it should be discussed with the client before coming

Very respectful, went right to work and explained what they were doing and what was wrong ,step by step.

Came out promptly and gave proposal we both signed. Set date to work as soon as possible and were here on the dot. Worked hard and fast and finished early. It was a difficult under house pipe replacement in 1920s house. Willy handled it and checked the rest of the pipes under the house. Supervisor and all workers were friendly and professional. The price agreed up front was reasonable and maintained. They solved a severe rusted out drainpipe problem. I am a happy customer.

I had my kitchen sink/disposal/faucets replaced with new ones. Ricky was very knowledgeable and proficient . He was careful to clean up as he worked. He took time to explain how to take the best care of the new sink. He treated me as though I was a family member rather than just another customer. I will definitely have Ricky and Moe from Holland for any future needed jobs.
