Anyone that will need septic cleaning/pumped out I recommend Ark.

They said they would arrive between 10 and 11 am. They came, worked and completed the job before 11.

Very fast service during hurricane Maria .. septic backed up .. they came quickly and drain my Septic.

We had to call for them to come early friendly and helpful would recommend them.

I can't say enough good about this company and David! Not only did they come in at a thousands of dollars lower than any other in my quote, they did the job in a matter of days when others told me it would be 30 days or more to secure permits and schedule it! David clearly cared about my situation treated me as if I were family almost! Well, probably better than that if you think about it! I will recommend him to everyone on our block and in this review to any and all who are thinking about hiring Ark Septic! And wonderful work crew too! On a scale of one to ten, they get an eleven!!! I will be calling them for my next pump out!!

The man that came to my home acted like he couldn't be bothered, had a bad attitude, and was condescending. I would not hire this company or recommend anyone else do so either.

It was good experience and the pricing was reasonable. I felt they were very professional.

They charge a LOT more on the weekends. Seems to me that someone in this business would be aware that septic problems do not have M-F 9 to 5 schedules and be a little more forgiving with their pricing during off hours. But, having said that they were efficient and professional when they arrived and did a good job.

Ark Septic is a family owned and run business by Dave Cox and his son Daley. Dave came out for the estimate and left with a deposit and a new friend. He realized I'd just lost both my parents and was incredibly compassionate to me. Something that could have been a nightmare was a blessing because of Dave and his partners from Absolute Septic, Craig and Roy. Incredible professional job as promised and no damage to irrigation due to their careful expertise.
