Marcel and his crew did an excellent job taking down several mirrored wall panels. Started and finished same day and were very professional. I would have to admit that he was a little pricey and did not speak English to well and his crew I assumed, not at all. But hey, I did not hire them to talk to me. I would recommend them highly.

Marcel is a perfectionist. Did a great job for me hanging four mirrors. I plan to use him again for four additional mirrors and possibly a frameless shower.

By the end of this job, I felt as if Marcel and his crew were family. Honestly I would let this man house sit for me with no worries, and I am a bit anal. LOL Seriously, I am a Real Estate & fine Art collector and this crew did a bang up job. You would be hard pressed to find a better price with a crew that is personally run by the owner. Good experience with Marcel and Totally Glass. He contacted me right away, then he came out to my house and provided me with a estimate. I accepted his proposal on Monday morning and on Tuesday afternoon he installed my new Shower Door Enclosure. He professionally removed the old enclosure and then installed the new one within 2 hours. His price was also the lowest. I would recommend Marcel and Totally Glass.

They were able to meet my schedule and did a professional job. They were on time, and finished the job within the time specified. Removed all spoils and left the job site clean. Would hire agan.

Very Efficient

When the glass doors were initially installed they would slide open on their own�indicating that they were not installed on level. Marcella said that would fix itself over time, which it did. Unfortunately, the glass being installed improperly caused the weight to be distributed unevenly and the glass shattered while my significant other was in the tub. She suffered multiple lacerations to her lower body and had to be brought to a local medical facility. Blood was everywhere. Marcella refused to reimburse us for the door or for our out-of-pocket medical expenses. He stated that glass was not guaranteed. He also stated that the glass shattering on its own �was impossible� and that my significant other �either slammed the door or hit it with something�. I�m very disappointed that he could cause such a terrible event to have occurred�and then blame the victim for the outcome.

Marcell and his crew were very professional and polite. We will be using this company again in the future should the need arise.

Marcel was very professional, on time and did a great job!.He fixed my heavy glass shower door that was crooked and scraping the tile, replaced gaskets and door sweeps, etc. His price was very fair.I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs glass & mirror work

I thought $150.00 was high. Hpwever they did the job the same day as the estimate. Said it would cost me more if they had to cocme back!!
