I called and told them I really needed the mirrors removed because I was having the popcorn done. I was quoted a price and the appointment was set. They showed up on time, did a great job, and even took another mirror down that was not on the list. Quick turnaround, a few days, from the time I called to having the measurements taken and then the install. The install team removed the existing bathroom mirrors (2) including a very large one in the Master Bathroom and installed the new ones in less than an hour. Excellent job.

Quick to respond to my request. Professional in appearance and in dialogue. Quoted a decent price. Workmen were very good with the one fault of not cleaning up the floor adequately as a couple of small pieces of shard were left on the bathroom floor. Otherwise, it was very well done and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Great experience. Called them one day, came the next day to measure and installed one week later. Did what and when he said he would do. On time, polite, considerate. Looks beautiful, high quality and I think the price was fair.

They were the first company to call me & they were even available the same day to give me an estimate. The other company I called I had to wait a week just for the estimate. My new shower doors were installed within 6 days, they told me 5-7 days so they were right on target. They were very clean & curteous.

The installers were on time, polite and courteous, the quality of work was exceptional. When doing this type of work you should always get three bids to ensure your getting a fair price.

Marcel and his nephew were professional and polite. They were respectful of my home and protected the work space and cleaned up. They were prompt and arrived when scheduled. Marcel and his nephew provided an extremely fair price, installed the shower doors when they said they would, and did a beautiful job! We had 5 companies quote our job and not only did Marcel provide one of the lowest prices, they offered the best solution for our space. So glad we chose Marcel and Totally Glass, because our showers are just stunning! Thank you Marcel! I wish to amend this review by adding that we were so impressed with Marcel's service that we asked him make 3 mirrors and a glass table top for us.
