Outstanding quality of work and attention to detail. Dennis was ready to advise us whenever asked for it, but also happily accepted our design choices, even when it meant more work for them. He also took care of the permit-relatead paperwork, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

I admit that I am a very difficult person to deal with, knowing just enough about construction and design to be dangerous...and annoying to professionals that actually know what they are doing. But Dennis and everyone at Structure Builders was more professional, courteous and tolerant of me than I could have ever hoped for. More importantly, the quality of the work from all of their people and sub-contractors was outstanding; as was their help with a draconian permitting process that included structural, electrical, plumbing, generator and gas permits. They kept me apprised of all schedule and other issues, showed up when they said they would, and fixed anything that was not perfect without hesitation. I recommend them very highly and without any reservation.

We have used Structure Builders for our home remodeling. We have plans to upgrade our house and are doing so in stages. We have been working with Dennis. He is good with communication, and has been extremely helpful in advising us through this process. He is always available for questions, and to work with us along this endeavor. We are now in our second project, and will be continuing to use Structure builder for our kitchen and garage remodeling process. I highly recommend Dennis and his team for whatever remodeling needs to be done. We have also recommended him to our employer, who is now using his team to remodel the office.

Dennis Caruso was the project manager. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The project on our condo included the remodeling of two bathrooms and a kitchen. We were away for a good portion of time while the work was being done, but Dennis kept us informed via phone, text and pictures at all times. We had complete trust in Dennis and crew and it proved to be justified. Oscar was the primary worker (tile, framing, and other) and did a great job in all aspects, including being highly considerate and respectful to us and our neighbors. Dennis was always willing to listen to our ideas as well as express his own. Great effort was made to allow us to fully use one bathroom while the other was being remodeled. They aim to please. Structure Builders was not the lowest priced estimate nor the highest. You never know when you hire for a project, but Structure, lead by Dennis, turned out to be a win. Reliable, trustworthy, communicative and competent.

Structure Builders did a fabulous job remodeling my kitchen. They were attentive to any changes I proposed and even suggested some changes as well. Their pricing is great and affordable. Dennis Caruso would even tell me ways to save money. I was told the project would take 3 weeks and it was completed on time. They were in constant contact with me as to when they would be there and what they would be doing each day. I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN and strongly recommend Structure Builders.

Brad Caruso layed new flooring my entire house. He did a total kitchen renovation. He was easy to talk to and offered very good advice. Structure Builders work was impeccable. I plan on hiring him again for a desired future project. I would recommend him to anyone.

Structure Builders installed impact windows and doors, remodeled a bathroom, and did some exterior wood repairs to my home. Denny was able to work within my budget to accomplish my goals with the remodel. The professionals doing the work were detail oriented and did excellent work. Work was completed within timeframes and budget. Would use this contractor again.

The scope of what I was trying to achieve needed an innovative knowledgeable professional that would be compassionate as the project proceeded. The end result was beyond my expectation. I hired Structure Builders to do repairs on my home and I couldn't be happier! We had a balcony leak that others have tried to fix in the past but could never get right. Brad and Dennis came out and spent a lot of time trouble shooting the problem before I even hired them! They weren't the lowest bid that I got but I'm happy that I decided to go with them because the repair was done in a timely manner and was finally done right! The main guy doing the work, Oscar, was very courteous and professional. He kept the work area clean and was obviously a very skilled worker. On short notice, Brad Caruso the owner, was able to retrofit my parents' condo after an unexpected medical experience. Brad was responsive, respectful, and professional. He did a great job!

My project was somewhat groundbreaking in that it had not been done before in my 160 unit condo development, at least not in the same way I wanted it done. Brad researched and diligently pursued every aspect before the project began thus creating higher assurance that project could be brought to completion. Let me tell you that not every company would be willing even to attempt it. I was given a timeframe which was met in spite of unavoidable delays. Brad called and/or texted me almost every day over the two months of the project. There was never a time when I was out of the loop. I was on a budget and that was most kindly respected. The subs did good work and Oscar, a wonderful staff member, was perfect and creative in all endeavors, some of which were really difficult. Oscar is a master craftsman, a problem solver, and an artist. Let me add that he is also a really nice person. Speaking of really nice people, there is Brad, the GC. Very talented, he is also smart, able, energetic, and knowledgeable. He sees the big picture as well as every detail and I have to say that I think he cared as much as I do about my project. So thank you, Structure Builders. Great job!

Perfection! We now have a new, beautiful, organized, and functional kitchen, and the remodeling experience was wonderful thanks to Brad and Structure Builders. Brad is very organized and efficient. He communicates every step of the way. We knew who was coming to work and when. The workers brought in to do each job were amazingly skilled, dependable, and good quality people. The job site was kept as clean as possible, and we had minimal disruption to our everyday lives. The finished product is amazing! So glad we found such an honest and trustworthy company. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done right.

They had built successful relationships with the management office and homeowners from many quality renovations in our apartment complex. Brad Caruso, owner of Structure Builders, far surpassed our expectations as a general contractor. Since we lived out of state, our remodel was not an easy project. Brad consistently had a genuine care about the details of the job, never cutting corners or rushing to get things done. This is the Best Contractor I have ever worked with in 50 ty years and building 3 homes . They are Honest , Fair and meticulous about details and the Quality of their work . They did a beautiful job . . . on time and on budget . I would highly recommend Structure Builders for your building needs . They are very knowledgeable and a joy to work with . there are lousy contractors... there are good contractors.... and then there is structure builders. excellent team, excellent work, excellent communication. my condo looks like it came out of a magazine. finally they are good people who I now count as friends and will stay in touch.

Dennis and Val did an outstanding job renovating 4 bathrooms and expanding the main bathroom. Attention to detail and cost was impressive and their input/ideas much appreciated. Val worked in our house for over a month and was a true professional. I highly recommed Structure Builders.
