They were very professional and did not pressure me in any way. I love my car and they service it for free for the first year. I would definitely buy from them again.

The workers were professional. The tell me what I need or what I don’t need.

I have been pleased with their service many times. I usually go to them for every six months. The quality was not very good, but it was next to good. They called me all the time, so the responsiveness was great.

It was free. The only complaint is the wait time. Once I waited over an hour, it's insane. They were late, they kept me waiting.

It takes an hour and a half to get an oil change done.

I have 80,000 miles on my 2010 Tacoma and they tried to tell me that the warranty was void because they didn't have a record in their computer that I had a 15,000 mile service performed. They still tried to deny it even after I showed them my maintenance log which was signed and stamped by them. They finally fixed it but they kept my truck for 3 days before they finally got around to fixing it. "Home of the Lifetime Warranty". DON'T COUNT ON IT!!

I was there yesterday. It took them about 45 minutes to finish the service. The services were real good. I would use them again.

Terrible! Initially I took my car in for a routine oil change. That went well. Two weeks later, the check engine light came on. Took car back to them. They said I needed the timing chain replaced. Work was done that same day. The very next day the check engine light came on again. I thought the problem had been fixed. NOT! Took the car to another place for a free diagnostic test. They provided the problem code numbers. I called my old mechanic up North to discuss the situation. He said a faulty timing chain would not make the check engine light come on. I'd been ripped off. Went back to Wesley Chapel Toyota with the problem codes. They verified that the problem was due to a emissions situation. To fix it they wanted over $1,000. I took the car elsewhere and had the problem fixed for $500. Wesley Chapel also told me I had an oil leak. When they had changed the oil weeks earlier, they hadn't done it properly, causing the leak. I insisted they fix it without any additional charge. They did. I will never take my car back to them. I'm a senior female and feel they took advantage of that.

They do not try to up sell you. They have very comfortable surrounding while you wait.

Rick Davis is the service manager, I am very happy with him, and I would like to mention him specifically. He goes out of his way to get my work done at a reasonable price and in a reasonable time. He explains everything to me before I go, and again, he will do everything he can cost wise to minimize my out of pocket expense. He has been very considerate of me and I really appreciate the work that he does and the service that he provides. Their slogan is , and ldquo;Building relationships that last,and rdquo; and I would agree with that. I found Wesley Chapel Toyotawhen I first moved to Florida and have been using these guys ,and stayed with them, every since. I just bought another car with Wesley Chapel Toyota. They do a great job.

We had set out to begin shopping for a new car for my wife, and this was the first dealer we visited. The salesman, Michael Grega, did a very good job of prequalifying my wife and led her to one RAV4 and two Venzas. My wife test drove the RAV4 and decided it felt too much in interior size like the 2003 Civic she was trading in. Then she drove a 2011 Venza with 28,000 miles and a V6 engine, decided it would be her next car, went inside and began negotiations. Meanwhile, I spotted the 2013 4-cylinder with only 7,101 original miles which was for sale for the same price as the 2011 V6. I pointed this out to Michael, and he gracefully redirected the conversation to the 2013 and took my wife out for a test drive. When my wife came back from that test drive, she decided the 4-cylinder engine had plenty of power for her and she decided the 2013 would be her next vehicle. In the course of negotiations, we ended up about $1,500 apart. Michael directed me to one of the many computer workstations in the showroom when I said I'd like to check prices online. I found a lower selling price for the Venza and a higher trade-in value for my wife's Civic, and Michael had a new deal approved, with us now $500 apart. My wife hung tough and insisted the dealer split the difference on the $500. Michael came back with another $250 deducted from the deal, and my wife purchased the car. There was never any high pressure. Michael was the only person we dealt with -- they didn't trot out any high-powered floor managers, sales managers, or the general manager to twist our arms. Everything was very civil, polite, and pleasant -- and my wife drove off the lot in a terrific new vehicle. ICING ON THE CAKE: There were two and quot;parking lotand quot; paint scratches on the Venza. Toyota of Wesley Chapel sent a contract auto body technician named and quot;Angeland quot; to our home to repair the scratches, which he did beautifully, with no charge to us. Yeah, we are really very pleased. Best car buying experience we've ever had.

I love them because of their people. I don't know anything about cars, other than I take it in for maintenance, but the people make it a great place to go to. They explain to me what they are going to be doing when they check out my car. Then they come back and explain what needs to be done and whether it needs to be done now or it can wait.

I went on line and downloaded a coupon from Toyota of Tampa Bay. I took it to them and they matched the price.

They're friendly people. They also give me a courtesy car to use while they worked on my car.

They have a comfortable waiting area. They are quick with the service appointment. The staff are friendly. You are always in and out.

All work was done within a reasonable time frame.

My advisor is Tony and she is very a person that I really trust to tell me the truth, and explain things in detail. Meet her and you will understand.

We have two Toyotas and are going to use them again Wednesday. They maintain both of my cars. I think they are over priced. I could get the same repairs somewhere else cheaper but I think you get what you pay for. I have complete trust with them and think the price is well worth it. The service is second to none. I always dealt with the same person. He is very genuine and honest. He is very personable and makes you feel like he really cares for your vehicle and you. It makes a big difference. It may sound cheesy but believe it or not that is the kind of stuff I like. They are trust worthy in that field. They are very easy to deal with. We also just bought a new Toyota from them six months ago. They always remember us when we come in for anything.

This was the second vehicle I purchased from Wesley Chapel Toyota in 6 months. The first buying experience with them this past December was probably the best overall car buying experience I have had ever (as much as buying a car can be I guess). The salespersons that I worked with were top notch, the management great, and the follow up on both sales very well. Especially in the first sale back in December; a salesperson brought the vehicle to our home, explained all the options to my wife and kids at our house instead of us taking 2-3 hours out of our day to drive up to the dealership. They bent over backwards to find us the specific vehicle we wanted, even driving half way across the state to get it. Haggling (everyone's favorite part I guess), was kept to a minimum, and the bottom line was quickly met, at a price that was arguably one of the best out there (I verified it against an independent research company on recent car sales). Recently when I had a vehicle accident and needed a new vehicle quickly, I had no qualms about walking into Wesley Chapel Toyota and being treated fairly and respectfully. Would absolutely recommend them.

They are up front, they tell you the price, and they are honest.

I brought the car in on a Saturday morning, and it had no significant problems when I brought it in. On the Saturday afternoon, when I picked the car up, it was almost completely undrivable. The power steering was completely gone. I had never had any problems with the power steering in the past, and it worked fine when I drove the car to the dealer that morning. Wesley Chapel Toyota wanted to charge me $500 to replace the power steering pump, which mysteriously broke while the car was in their shop. I had recently had another problem with Wesley Chapel Toyota where something seemed to break on the car when it was in their shop, but I figured it might have been a coincidence. Besides the actual repair problem, Wesley Chapel was completely unresponsive when I wrote them a letter complaining about the service; I never received a response. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Wesley Chapel Toyota responded to the complaint, but refused to do anything about it.

As I am interested in purchasing a hybrid Camry, I have been comparing prices between several local dealerships. I chatted online with Christine at Wesley Chapel and was informed that they had a hybrid Camry on-site for me to test drive. I made an appointment, but halfway to the dealership, I was called by another salesperson stating that they actually didn't have the car on-site. I could test drive a regular Camry (but what's the point when I'm interested in the hybrid?!). I feel I was misled. Wesley Chapel Toyota wasted my time and gas! They lied and I don't plan on doing business with them in the future.

He was respectful, detail-oriented, and eager to please. He was extremely responsive too and easy to deal with.

My wife is very pleased with him. They go over everything with her. They will also drop her home in case they have to retain the car there for some period of time. Their price is okay.
